Keith and Kelly are awesome hosts. They had the site ready for us, for when we got there.
The campground is very private and quiet.
Keith and Kelly are genuinely concerned about you having a good time while camping at their property.
Our dog loved it!
We will definitely be coming back.

Great Hipcamp site! Site 8 was level, large and private. Accessibility was easy and the Keith and Kelly were very responsive to inquiries and follow-up. Noise level was low. Proximity to all that the area offers was excellent. Recommend!

We could not recommend BlackBerry Hills more! Keith, our host was fabulous and provided exceptional recommendations for things to do around the area, including Dino’s for breakfast. He was so hospitable and kind, which made for a very pleasant camping experience! We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible time during our stay at this beautiful campsite. The location was spacious and peaceful, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. We especially appreciated how welcoming it was, even for our dogs! Watching the sunset by the water was truly unforgettable, and we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the area has to offer. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The site was very easy to find and navigate even during a bad thunderstorm. The host Keith made the effort to visit us at our camp site and introduce himself. We felt very safe the whole night. It was very quiet and private. Would 100% go back!

Once again I love the place! Everything went well. Blackberry Hills is my go to camping spot. This was my 5th time since discovering it in summer 2024. I really like being close to Lake Michigan and I enjoy the grounds because they’re clean, and spread out enough to feel private. Kieth and Kelly are awesome hosts. Only 163 days till spring 2025. I look forward to being back asap!

This property is gorgeous. Plenty of space, peace, and privacy. So convenient for trips into town and the beach. Keith was super accommodating and communicative. The black flies (biting) can be terribly aggressive on the beach at certain times of the year. So bring plenty of bug spray. I only experienced them on the beach, not at the campsite. I will definitely be back!!

Private and secluded camping site. Loved the camping feel without having neighbors close by like a campground would! My dog enjoyed also! Has a picnic table and fire ring at each site! Offers fire wood for a small fee and has a trash drop off and water free to camper. Owner was very kind and sends a list of things to see and do near by.

Amazing Camping Spot!! Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful! They even provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as some supplies for s’mores! We cannot wait to go back to their site :)

I found this last minute, literally an hour before we pulled in. Very nice property with widely spaced sites, very private and quiet. Excellent proximity to beaches and other things to do. Would certainly come back.

I enjoy how well kept and safe the property is. It’s very obvious Kieth takes great care of the camp sites and the walking trails. They also spray for bugs to minimize the mosquitoes and ticks. The spray is organic so I feel comfortable letting my dog enjoy the area too.

The most perfect location! Keith and Kelly are wonderful individuals that just want to provide a safe, comforting space for you to either pass thru for a night or stay for a while. They helped me charge all my tech for the night and gave me the best recommendations for the surrounding areas. Highly recommend if ur around these parts💕💕

Great spot to camp! We were at site #3 and there was plenty of room for our RV and dogs. This is definitely a spot we would pop a tent up at as well. Other sites were spread out and divided by enough bushes to make us feel like we had plenty of privacy. Lots of wide open sky to see the stars. Far enough away from town, but close to so many things. Kelly and Keith were wonderful hosts and had a lot of info about the area ready for us. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely spot! Sites are easy to access while offering a good amount of privacy and separation from the other sites.
Got a chance to chat with Keith for a little while - really nice and helpful guy!
Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back that way.

This has become my favorite place! The location is great being so close to Lake Michigan beaches and the surrounding towns like St Joseph and Coloma. The camp sites are clean and spacious. Kieth and Kelly are super friendly and hospitable. I’ve been there twice in last 3 weeks and I’m thinking about going again this weekend. I highly recommend Blackberry Hills!

We enjoyed our stay, the site is exactly as described and Keith and Kelly were very helpful. Great location as well. Especially wonderful was the picnic table with umbrella! Yes there was one train at 9:40pm, but it was quiet and sound lasted for only a few seconds. Lots of wildlife and friendly neighboring campers.

We absolutely loved our stay with Keith & Kelly! Beautiful property and very private. There are 8 spacious sites with picnic tables. There is also fresh water for your use! Close to 80 so very easy to get to if you are traveling! Best of all, Keith and Kelly are the kind of awesome people you would want living next door! Highly recommend!!!

Spacious and Comfortable!

Keith and Kelly's land is the perfect place to bring your tent or camper and have well-maintained, private, and spacious land to camp on. We enjoyed the privacy from the distant tree line that encircles the whole place and felt very secluded in our site. Our daughter enjoyed hunting for and eating blackberries from the bushes that surround all the sites. Keith was such a generous and gracious host. He and Kelly met us when we arrived and explained the layout. They even had a list of recommended restaurants and breweries in the area and little s'more kits for our kids- so sweet! They also came around and checked on us in the evening to be sure we were comfortable and to warn us of possible thunderstorms that night. A picnic table and fire ring at our site were very useful, and having a water spigot nearby was great, too. It was a very short drive into St. Joseph where we had dinner and enjoyed the huge splash pad near the beach. Keith had all kinds of recommendations for us and lots of interesting information about the land and surrounding area. I would recommend this spot to other Hipcampers!
