This property is heavily wooded with pine and maple trees. Wild raspberry and blueberries are found to be plentiful in season. Formerly wooded by lumberjacks during the early 1900’s, this area is rich with history and sights to see. Located between Seney National Wildlife Refugee and Grand Mairas on Lake Superior.

Wolf Traxx!
This property was very secluded and so serene! We got to watch the Northern Lights all night long from our cots next to the fire ring. I can’t wait to go back.

This was a good home base for venturing out to Pictured Rock’s National lakeshore and surrounding towns. The campsite is in good condition. The site only has porta potty’s and a solar shower which were usable but not ideal. Would definitely stay again if I ever get the chance. The stars at night are unbelievable!

We used this site as a night stay before through-hiking pictured rocks. It was quiet and worked perfectly!
