We had a great experience! Fred was great with communication. Everything was as expected, even the visits from the dogs and cat. We had a great time.

Fred and Ulla are amazing hosts! The airstream was cozy, clean, and situated on a beautiful farm. Running water and AC were a plus esp. during the heatwave! We watched their magnificent horses graze as we sipped our morning coffee. We met playful dogs Rosy and Jasper and sweet cat Luna. We were looking for a place to stay and found much more! Fred and Ulla are doing essential work focused on mental health, well-being, self-development, along with their family of horses and dogs, on their tranquil 20 acre farm. They were so warm and generous with their time and just cool people all around! Such a relaxing weekend. Thank you. Will visit again!

Extremely peaceful site located near many fun experiences including wineries, apple farms and awe inspiring Lake Michigan. Great art and antiques in neighboring towns. The horses and the family animals visiting your site were a great bonus. Air stream was very comfortable and hosts were absolutely great. Highly recommend

It was peaceful and nice! The hosts were excellent, they went above and beyond if there were any issues or concerns.
The camper is very cozy and the outside setup is perfect to hang out and relax.
Also - the animals are such a highlight! I did a herd visit and I was able to learn a lot about the horses and hang out with them. Plus the barn kitty and the dogs were all very nice.

What a great location to relax and unwind. Peaceful, relaxing and accommodating is what I would say to anyone asking me to describe our visit.
Location is close to ample activities- wineries, restaurants and the shore!

We had a wonderful 2 days staying at the Red Horse Airstream. Fred and Ulla were extremely accommodating and friendly. The hot water shower worked great every day and we always had fresh cold water to drink. We enjoyed seeing the horses, golden retrievers, and orange kitty. When we weren't at the camp we were enjoying time in downtown Saugatuck and Fennville. Thanks again Fred!

Very cool place to camp on an active horse farm. Cool to see the horses running around the fenced area near the camper. No bad farms smells though. Very kind hosts. Would highly recommend

Fred's land is a beautiful setting in the heart of Michigan wine country. The Airstream camper is clean, new and very fun. Fred was friendly and attentive. The camper is feet away from the horses. You can ride your bike or walk to the nearest wineries. Just a short drive from the beach and hiking trails, this is a gem. Highly recommend.

I loved being by the horse pasture. The airstream was clean and cozy- Fred made me feel very welcomed- there were snacks, coffee, tea, and everything I needed to feel right at home. It was so quiet and peaceful. Cant wait to go back.

Fred was a fantastic host! If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable alternative to a hotel, but also want to visit the wineries, cideries, and the Douglas/Sagatuck area, this Airstream is perfectly situated amongst them all. It might not be for someone who is looking for complete and utter solitude, but the rolling pastures, horses grazing near the grapevines, visits from farm pets, and star-filled campfires made this our perfect spot to decompress away from other tourists. Be sure to say "hi" to our buddy Luna the cat for us!

Fred was an excellent host who went above and beyond. We came for the first Friday Herd Meditation and spent time connecting with the horses and people from the community and beyond. The airstream camper was comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed from a bathroom and shower and to a fully functional kitchen with a sink, stovetop, and refrigerator. We will definitely be staying again.

The Airstream camper was situated on a quiet, open area on the horse farm surrounded by pasture and rolling, green hills. Very lush. The horses were fenced of course so no worries about them wandering in to the campsite but we could observe them (cautiously) from the fence. We saw and heard them walk by the back window in the mornings which was delightful.

I came to this property for relaxation and that is definitely what I got. Fred was great at communicating and it was very easy to get to the spot. The area is beautiful and quiet, the perfect getaway. Fred and Ulla were wonderful hosts and I would definitely come back. I was able to do some plein air painting on the property as well, it is a great place for artists to come and get lots of inspiration.

The Thrive Nook - 2015 Airstream
I can't say enough about how valuable my time was here. The airstream is so comfortable and I was surprised at how cozy the bed was. The property is 22 acres surrounded by horses and vineyards. Fred and Ulla operate an equine assisted therapy program and I took advantage of the opportunity to experience that and it was insightful and helpful. I used this as a personal retreat and went to local restaurants and the area has great opportunities to explore. Horses surrounded my stay and sweet dogs! Furthermore; Fred and Ulla are talented and warm welcoming people with just the right amount of interaction! 5 Stars from me!!!!!
