Our beautiful family farm is a 52 acre paradise. Rolling hills in the pasture and fields around a large and medium pond fading into 22 acres of hardwoods with a small seasonal stream cutting through the forest from an elevated point creating multiple small drops that is a soothing sound of falls. Our wooded land wraps around an amazing beaver swamp that has some beautiful views from the ridge around it. The ponds are filled with smaller fish to have fun with. There are 2 lakes within 5 miles to put a boat in and go fishing as well. One of the lakes has a nice clean beach to go swimming that has kayak and paddle board rentals. Biking and hiking trail entrances are less then a mile from the property. A county park is 15 minutes away that offers more fishing and boat rentals as well as A full disc golf course. There is a nice quiet 18 hole golf course a half mile from the property. We have multiple municipal nature trails in the area and are 5 miles from downtown Oxford with many attractions and restaurants. Here you will most likely see our chickens, ducks, goats and horses. Per appointment you can even hang out with us and our Clydesdales Bonnie, Patriot and thoroughbred Cooper. There is also an abundance of wildlife that can be seen and is not limited to deer, coyotes, turkeys and all types of water fowl. You should know that you will most likely hear gunfire while staying here as it is a part of daily life in our area. We hope you come and enjoy our land as much as we do.

South Pond

Amazing and tranquil

I stayed at 2 ponds both Saturday and Sunday over the holiday weekend. It was absolutely a tranquil time. The property is far enough from the city to star gaze at night, but close enough to stores and restaurants. Jeremy is an amazing host,accomdating and his property is beautiful. All the sites were well manicured and clean. I will definitely be back. Looking forward to some winter camping close too home.

Longview

Peaceful farm oasis

Such a peaceful little farm in a great neighborhood! Jeremy was super sweet and made sure I had all I needed. Will for sure be back and share this spot with friends!

South Pond

Wonderful time at Jeremy's Land

Jeremy's Land was beautiful and relaxing. The property is groomed and ponds are loaded with fish. His hospitality exceeded our expectations and the space between camp sites is much larger than any state campground, site, layout.

North Pond

Quiet and peaceful even on a holida

1st time hipcamp user as i enjoy michigans rustic campgrounds. If you want a tranquil camping experience I would recommend Jeremy's land. Not to far away from the city but very peaceful. I rented north and south sites this weekend. 1st night I had a family camping next to me. There was plenty of room on both sites to accommodate us. There was a view if the pond even with brush. Jeremy is a great host and is very accomadating. I will definitely be back. As the weather turns cold now I won't have to drive north as far to winter camp from home. Also if you like to star gaze, the stars are a cool view from this property.

Longview

Perfect weekend getaway

Amazing campsite, peaceful, secluded and exactly as described! Longview is a large grassy clearing next to a pond which contains small fish, my son had a great time fishing while we were there. Jeremy and his wife were great hosts, they met us when we arrived, showed us where everything was and guided us to the campsite. The outhouse was clean and nicely maintained, and they have firewood for purchase. Overall, a really fantastic site, secluded but sill close to restaurants and shopping, we will definitely stay here again. One thing to note - being a large grassy clearing there’s little shade so bring an awning but the upside is great star viewing at night. ;-)
