A private camping spot under the trees at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet spot with easy access to everything Cape Cod has to offer. Sit under the trees and enjoy the sound of the birds or visit First Encounter beach a mile from the house. Provincetown, Chatham and Hyannis all just a 30 minute drive away. Lots of hiking paths and Cape Cod bike path just up the road. Excellent fishing from the beach or get a charter for tuna, striped bass and blue fish. Then come home to a quiet space just for you.Level parking spot at the bottom of the hill about 300 feet away from the main house. Trees and shrubs provide privacy. A kettle pond is a short walk away and lots of beaches and ponds within a short drive. Great pond and Wiley park a 5 minute drive away. Provincetown is just 30 minutes drive away. Great for cyclists. Very close to CCRT.

Great spot! Nice and quiet. Near lots of great Cape activities! Be sure to stow your food securely as I heard some coyotes near camp.

Absolutely loved this campsite. It was quiet. Had everything we needed and more. It was close to restaurants and breweries.

Woohoo!
Second year I’ve gone to Kelly’s corner and my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier. Such a central spot, great lot with lots of wildlife and quite private. Would recommend to anyone thinking of going here.

A beautiful location, we fit a 10 man tent with a cooking tent. Bathroom on site and fireplace. Quiet street close to homes but shouldn’t have to worry too much about noise. 10/10 would stay again!! The host is an absolute gem aswell and took care of garbage when we left. Couldn’t be happier!!

The nicest Hipcamp I've been to!
Sanette's Hipcamp is the nicest one I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at a lot (traveling musician)! Very safe and quiet, nice, shady, well drained spot, great shower, super friendly and helpful host, and a nice friendly catbird!
