A great place on the lake . Wonderful hosts that we will remember and hope to see again in our travels.

Absolutely awesome!
It was a very enjoyable stay and the hosts are very helpful and kind. Despite the traffic on the road, it was very peaceful and relaxing. It was very nice to be fairly close to everything yet still be able to go for long walks in the woods or take a paddle on the lake and get away from it all. 10/10!

Check-in: Super easy, we pulled right into the spot from the road. There was a cute little table with all the information on the wifi, hiking, boating, and everything we needed to know about the amenities of the hipcamp. Our stay also came with complimentary drinks! Sparkling water and bottled water! Electricity (110v) via extension cable and hose for water were already coiled up nicely for us to hook up. Where we parked was a downward slope towards the property, so we had to use our leveling blocks to get level.
Stay: Immediately after checking in we took the host's canoe out with our puppy. We got to paddle under a bridge onto Greenwood Lake. There were families fishing for bass on canoes and folks having bbq on their private docks. The following couple of days we also got to try out the kayak. It is a single person kayak, which accommodated my girlfriend quite nicely. There was also a fire pit which we did not use, a hammock, which we enjoyed our books. Our pup did get to hang out with the host doggos and they are quite the rambunctious duo! The wifi barely reached our front door of our skoolie, but with a booster you can definitely get on the host wifi. We used our mobile hotspot T-Mobile and was pulling easily 80 down, 60 up. Eric was very responsive and was quick to answer any question I had. There is only one possible negative to staying at Eric's; that is the fact you will be camping a few feet from the road. We are used to road noise and stealth camping in high density living areas did not bother us at all, but I could imagine if you are looking to have dead quiet silence, this might not be the spot for you. If road noise doesn't bother you, like it doesn't for us, you'll be catching zzz's any time of the day.
Check-out: Very flexible! Eric was really easy about staying over a couple hours on our check out time. He even offered for us to come back for the concert that he hosts every once in a while in his backyard! If only we had booked for another day we probably would have enjoyed a great live music show right outside our door.
tl;dr: Gravel parking spot with canoeing, SUP, kayaking, and nearby hiking trails, but road noise might bother some. Stayed here in a 19-foot-long skoolie. @bigsirbus would stay here again.
