Secluded Lakeside Cabin on Duck Lake
Nestled in a quiet bay on beautiful Duck Lake, this remote cabin is surrounded by the forests of Haliburton Wildlife Reserve. It’s the perfect basecamp for adventurers—whether you're into biking, hiking, and paddling in the summer or snowmobiling and winter exploration once the snow falls.
Wilderness Access Included:
100,000 acres of wild nature to explore during your stay.
400+ km of trails for hiking and biking (April–November).
Winter snowmobile trails (pass required).
Important Notes:
From mid-December, the cabin is only accessible by foot, snowmobile, or ATV (4 km trek, ~1.5 hours). We provide sleds and snowshoes, but for convenience, we also offer a free shuttle service for check-in and check-out days—no hike required!Cozy 120 sq ft interior with sleeping loft (queen bed + 2 singles)

Total privacy - no staff on-site after 6pm
Water taxi available for emergencies ($75 fee)
All trash must be packed out
