Beautiful, and peaceful. There is a lovely driveway to down to the property, guaranteeing privacy from the road. The site itself was pretty large, and flat! Exactly what we needed for a peaceful night's sleep. Host checked in on us to make sure we had everything. Deff will book again! Our van is lifted so we may try the more remote site ☺️

Laid out very well.. beautiful walking trail and a great fire pit.. Excellent friendly hosts make you feel right at home!! Awesome Hipcamp destination not to be missed!

Perfect spot to relax and use as a basecamp for sightseeing. Patricia, the hostess, went above and beyond to accommodate me with a late arrival due to traffic and was extremely helpful in many ways! I 100% recommend!!

I love this hipcamp! I stayed here in order to go to a wedding about 20 minutes away. The site was large, flat, and easy to get into, and the property was quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by trees. I stayed in site 2 since it was open, and was able to hook up to 30amp power (water was available, too, but I had a full tank). Enjoyed giving a tour of my camper and talking camping and travel and life and dogs, etc. I didn't take advantage of the firepit, picnic table, and other amenities only because of time on this trip. Hope to see these folks again!!!

Site was easy to get to, directions were simple. Hosts were excellent, as someone just simply tent camping for a single night, would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

Peaceful site with wonderful host. She made sure we had all the wood we needed for a long and relaxing fire. Great little trail we took our dogs on steps for our site. Would 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host is truly wonderful — so welcoming, kind, and easy to talk to that I she is someone I'd love to have as a friend. She was helpful, super responsive, and even provided a 30-amp extension cord, which made things so convenient.
The campsite itself is spacious (easily fits two rigs — we brought our 32ft 5th wheel with no trouble) and tucked down a long driveway in the middle of the woods, making it incredibly quiet and peaceful. There’s a water hose, 30-amp hookup available for $15/night, and a fire pit to enjoy the evenings. No sewer, but that was no issue for us.
Overall, it’s a beautiful, private spot with a fantastic host. We’d absolutely stay again — and likely will when we head back south!

Ist time trying HipCamp and were fortunate to have found Birch and Pine. Stayed on Site 2 with our teardrop. Very clean site plus Patricia/ Barrett were excellent hosts - gave great tips on local restaurants and were friendly and nice. Yes, it's true the firewood is included! Spacious site and hardly any bugs. Horseneck beach is only 35 minutes away! Super quiet, secluded and safe - no fear of leaving site for the day. Cool to hear the train whistles off in the distance and morning whinny of horses. Was an excellent 1st experience and hope to return again. Thanks Patricia and HipCamp ❤️

Lovely, safe little spot with a very friendly host. No bug issues at all (a welcome change from other campsites somewhat nearby) and the fire pit + picnic table was super cute. I felt very taken care of here, and will most definitely be back the next time I pass through town!

One of the best Hipcamps ever, and I've stayed at lots of them! Patricia is a world class host, it was the middle of a heat wave and she even brought out a fan so I could stay cooler in my car.
Super friendly and welcoming, nice quiet sites, set way back off the road. Beautiful huge white pine trees in the woods.
This was my second stay, and I would definitely go again, 10/10!

Terrific spot. Very quiet and secluded, while being close to many attractions. A perfect place for a weekend of adventures or just relaxing around the campsite. The hosts were terrific and we will most likely return in the future.

We arranged our stay on short notice and were well accomodated at site 1. The chord run for 15 amp was a bit long and we carry a ton of heavy extensions. They were super carefull as we had to go across their driveway to plug in at the garage. TONS of incredable dining around! Good value stay for us while visiting family vacationing in nearby Warren RI. Thanks guys. It worked well for us!

Great quite large site with enough privacy. Excellent location in general, but very quiet and off the beaten path.
Patricia is an great host and made us feel right at home.
My only wish is that either the wifi or the cell signal was a bit better. Both were sporadic.

This is a world-class Hipcamp, one of the nicest I've ever stayed at and I've camped at lots of them! Patricia is a super host, very friendly and accommodating. The campsites are quiet and peaceful, among the quietest I've ever seen. No worries about getting stuck or bottoming out, even in my low riding Honda Fit! I didn't build a fire, but there's a nice setup that looks ready to use. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to camp!

The large gravel plot was perfect for us first-timers with a 28’ RV. Electric and water hookup made the experience luxurious. The site is pretty close to their home, but when the RV is parked at an angle it creates privacy, and a lovely view of the surrounding woods and stocked firepit!

It was quiet (except for the frogs!) and safe and the ground was level and it felt very private! I booked last minute and Patricia was very accommodating. I was in late and out early on both days. Excellent camp.

We had a wonderful stay at Birch & Pine. Patricia, our host was warm and hospitable. She brought us some fresh eggs and we had ample firewood for the fire. I would recommend staying here. It is a great location to visit Boston, Bristol, and Newport. Patricia also gave us many recommendations on places to visit and eat at which made our trip awesome.

We had a great stay here. We arrived on the later side, just after dark, but the spot was easy to get into and find thanks to the directions Patricia sent. Best part of all, there was a fire just waiting to be lit in the fireplace! My son and I set up our chairs, grabbed our snacks and cozied up, without having to build a fire in the dark or hunt around for firewood. Night was quiet and peaceful and I totally recommend staying here!

Amazing host, gave us spot 2 which had a little more privacy. Enjoyed a nice fire patty came out and checked if we needed anything and was super incredible. House is separate from area by privacy fence. Highly recommend would stay again

Absolutely loved the ease and kindness of listing/host. Fire pit had ample wood(which was a HUGE BONUS) as I was running last minute and that saved me setting up uin the dark. She also advised of possible rain w even possible of losing rental. Site was Private had everything you could want and if wasn't winter we would stayed longer and explored some trails etc. . Definitely 10/10

Site 1 at Birch & Pine is a spacious and easily accessible campsite, perfect for any size RV. The site is shady and open, with a large fire pit and plenty of room to settle in and enjoy a peaceful stay. While it’s closer to the main house, it provides easy access to nearby attractions, including scenic beaches and the historic charm of the Narragansett Bay area. Our host was welcoming and helpful, adding to the experience. With so much to see and do close by, it’s an ideal spot for a quick stopover or as a base for exploring the local sights.
