The Beech House
Lovely and very cozy A-frame with very thoughtful and complete amenities! Michael was very communicative which was super helpful as this was a last-minute booking, and his recommendations for activities during our stay were perfect, we had an amazing stay and loved cooking on the campfire. Thank you!

The Beech House
Great, relaxing time.
The beech house is a great escape to relax and enjoy time offline. The cabin was clean and stocked with items that you may have forgot to bring. I also had some rain overnight during my stay and the cabin held up completely fine and it was incredibly peaceful to listen to the rain hit the roof. The land is secluded and wooded, great to enjoy the sounds of nature and a campfire. Michael’s directions to the site were easy to follow and gave good communication on what to expect/recommendations for items to bring. The drive to the site was also lovely and I recommend leaving extra time to make several stops along the way to visit shops/parks/orchards. I would love to come back in the fall, as the foliage around the site is sure to be lovely.

Overall site was decent. Very secluded, beds and other camp essentials were there for us to use. It was cool experience. The shower contraption was pretty cool but 5 gallon water goes fast if you are going to wash your hair multiple times in a week. And there was zero cell service; bring downloaded music or radio when you come here.
Down side the area was very moist and unfortunately we both got sick during our stay. I think if more trees are removed in the future and more sunlight can hit that spot It would dry everything out. It's just too shaded.
The step out of the cabin is a steep one I twisted my ankle twice pretty badly.

Loved camping at Michael’s A frame cabin! Me, my bestie, & our two dogs fit perfectly in the space. The area is very secluded and peaceful. We loved having the solar power source at our finger tips to charge up our phones at the end of the day/ have a lit space indoors. The campsite itself had basically everything we needed/ then some: fire pit, Coleman gas stovetop, an abundance of citronella candles, extra water (a 5 gallon Poland springs jug), picnic table, extra chairs, & Bluetooth speaker. Phone service was spotty on the campsite itself but whenever you get in the car and drive you’ll get it.
There are several state parks within 10-15 minute drive with scenic views, hiking & swimming. Monroe state park which is 3-4 minute drive has a beautiful waterfall. North Adams was a quick 15-20 minute drive for any extra essentials we forgot to bring (Walmart, job lot).
Michael was super helpful & always very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We will definitely be back in the future! We highly recommend.
