Site is large, ample places to camp with a fire ring and some basic features. We were there 4th of July weekend and it was busy but everyone was respectful, and friendly. Bathhouses were clean. Hosts communication was the best I’ve had on this platform. Prime location to OC, Assateague, and even Chincoteague isn’t a bad trip. Close enough to be convenient, far enough you’re away from all the hustle and bustle. Couple of spots very close by for resupplying provisions.

Had a good time! Easy access for campers, they got firewood to us very quickly. I highly recommend buying the firewood from them, they give you a lot.

Absolutely loved my stay here! There’s tons of space and a wide variety of spots to choose from—whether you want to be near other campers or tucked away in a more private, backwoods-type setting, the options are there. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Just when I thought supplies were running low, they were already being refilled—super on top of it.
The location is perfect—only about 30 minutes from Ocean City and Assateague National Seashore. Even during a holiday weekend, the campground never felt crowded. There was plenty of breathing room and I never felt like other campers were right on top of me.
The owners were incredibly accommodating. I had to change my dates last minute, and they handled it with no problem. Firewood was delivered straight to my fire pit shortly after I arrived, which was such a nice touch.
Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great quiet place to stay. Usaully open spaces and my go to for ocean city camping (20 min away) without the OC price. TJ is a great host and will help accommodate in any way possible!

We enjoyed the property. There was plenty of open space and the location was convenient to the things we wanted to do in the area.
Booking was easy and TJ was very accommodating. We would stay there again.

TJ has a beautiful spot with overflowing potential. Sites are well located along tree lines and are large. No crowding. It’s rustic but very comfortable. Some very personable camping goats visited regularly. We were there for a grandson baseball tournament in the area. It was perfect without Assateague crowds.
