A Primitive spot to pitch your tent, Hang your Hammock, Park your RV, or any other interesting contraption you may be traveling the country with. Access to-Bathhouse that includes Hot Showers and Flushable Toilets. (Please bring extra toiletries just in case)-Stocked Catch and Release Fishing Lake. -Volley Ball and Basketball Court-Wooded Trail 48 acres of flat open fields surrounded by trees. Plenty of room to maneuver into place. Privacy trees surround the entire area. We call it the Crossroads because this was one of the first towns out here and has the small town feel. Doller General and a fuel station are less than a mile away. The Atlantic Ocean is a 20 minute drive east on rt 50. Assategue Island National Seashore is scenic 28 minute drive. The best spots are for you to decide. Along the tree line are kinda set up where some have tables and most have fire pits with a grate on them (if you have an old oven or grill you are throwing away I would love to get some more grates). Go deeper into the woods with not as much comfort but more nature. One group came out with a couple dozen people with nothing but hammocks that was pretty cool. Each listing is for up to 6 people please be honest reserving your space and if you need more than 6 rent another site. The spaces are not assigned so it will not be an issue camping together. Keep fires a safe distance from trees and NO Fires in the middle of the field.  Thank you so much Check other listings for electric or mini cabins.

Cabin 7 - Mini Cabin
We visited the Strawberry Crossroads in early Nov to enjoy the fall foliage. We rented one of the small wooden cabins, which had 6 individual bunks with mats, a small fridge, a small table, a trash can, ceiling light and fan, and a cooler/heater. The land was beautiful with a lovely creek and a cute wooden bridge that crosses over it. We enjoyed the goats and chickens, and just the overall beautiful nature. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and relaxed. We had a great time and will recommend to friends/family.

TJ’s directions were super clear and he was accommodating to our late arrival. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this location made for easy travel back and forth. Our kids loved visiting with the goats and fishing in the pond (lots of little bass reeled in)!

It was a peaceful and relaxing place tucked back in the woods. When I needed help and then some wood, the service was extremely prompt. The showers were hot. It was everything I was looking for to stay for a quick night traveling south. Thank you.

Was everything we expected it to be. Site was nice and flat restrooms were clean and well maintained. The goats came to visit the first day we were set up they hung out for a few and went on their way. It was late in the season so activity was minimal which worked out well for us.

The property at Strawberry Crossroads is beautiful! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to spend more leisure time there, as I had to work in town every day. It is only 17 miles from the beach resort town of Ocean City, yet you feel far removed from the crowds etc…Our host TJ was super hospitable, yet left you to your privacy. He would even deliver firewood, if needed! I will definitely stay again & also recommend to others!

Very easy to find and set up camp. The farm is well organized and easy to navigate. TJ is a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The farm is close to various activities including hiking, fishing and the beach. The farm animals roaming the grounds add a fun and cute element to the stay as well. Would stay again.

Overall awesome experience, affordable for being as close to OC as it is and pretty clean, this is camping yall, if you cant take some dirt go get a hotel and even then... peaceful and ofd thw beaten path. You can tell they are trying to make this something great! So respect it! Loved the goats, chickens, and ducks!

Camp site was easily accessible. Staff was accommodating for my late night arrival and helped get me into the cabin after a long day. There was a nice stack of firewood outside of the cabin. I didn’t use it because of wet weather and limited time at the site, but it was a welcome surprise. Inside has 6 bunks. I doubled up on mattresses since I was solo. Inside has a small refrigerator and remote controlled air conditioner, both worked well and AC helped ensure a solid nigts’s sleep. Inside flooring is carpeted and also has a small table and chair. Communication was timely and efficient. Bathhouse is about a 5 minute walk. Showers were clean, well maintained and had nice hot water. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick accessible cabin near Ocean City.

The perfect quiet spot!

I would recommend Strawberry Crossroads to anyone who is looking for affordable and country/primitive camping. I came into the area for Oceans Calling and I found Strawberry Crossroads on Hipcamp so I could car camp and be out of the city. This was honestly the best part of my trip. They were very helpful and accommodating. My first night my car was towed in OC which prompted me to get a hotel, however they were more than willing to come get me if I needed. I asked for fire wood & they delivered right to my site for $10. During my stay I also made a mistake and let my battery die and they came right away when I asked for help. The grounds, are pretty big. Two fields with plenty of space. Showers and bathrooms were clean. & all the other campers I ran into were super friendly! They had cabins, sites for campers, and primitive camping which is what I did. The animals on the property don’t bother you. And they have a really cute & friendly dog I got to meet!

Beautiful and peaceful grounds. Minimal amenities which were sufficient for our 3-night stay. The goats and chickens (and the duck who thinks it’s a chicken) are an adorable bonus! I didn’t realize there’s no dump station on site, but in hindsight it’s obviously not in the Hipcamp description. We arrived with a full tank of freshwater in our class C so didn’t use the campground water.

Cabin 5 - Mini Cabin
Second year in a row staying here. Cabin was clean and had just what we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. Bathrooms had nice showers. The goats did sleep on our front porch and stalked us all morning Saturday, so that was an unexpected fun touch! Would definitely come back, and most likely will!

This was our second year attending ocean city bike week and camping at strawberry crossroads. I can't wait until next year! We love camping here. If you have dirt bikes make sure to bring them so you can ride around the trails on the property.

We had a lovely time at TJ's campground. It was generally relatively quiet except for the nearby Route 50, but it became considerably quieter in the evenings. The goats were a particular highlight. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved camping here and made some nice memories with friends and family over the Labor day weekend. The RV/campsites were located conveniently spaced out and with a nice open view. All other facilities were adequate and conveniently located and host TJ was super responsive and helpful all the time. Highly recommend to all, especially for family with kids.

Owner is very friendly and the whole place has a family like feel. Beautiful camp with plenty of tents sites to pick from and adorable goats that roam the property. Everybody there is super nice and friendly and quick with responses if you have questions. Highly recommend and will be going back

It was practically empty on Labor Day weekend, don’t know why because this spot is gorgeous. It’s quiet with a big open field — my ball crazy pup was in heaven too! My husband and I enjoyed the solitude and The time away and this place was perfect for both.
