The tenants of the homestead are a family tending to their garden, livestock and care for the land. It is less than 15 minutes away from New Germany State Park, less than 25 minutes away from Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp Resort.

Peaceful Valley River Sites

Perfect spot off the highway for a quick van camp on the way to PA. Beautiful creek that was the perfect lullaby after a long drive! Hannah was quick to respond, helpful and communicated well. Will have this location saved for my northbound trips. Side note: very close to Casselman Inn, a must stop for homemade French toast and biscuits and gravy!
