Located near tranquil Cobb Island, Maryland. Cobb Island has 3 Marina's available for launching your boat and hitting the water. Great fishing, crabbing, and water sports. Close to seafood restaurants including Caption John's Crab House, The River Restaurant, &;Scuttlebutts Bar and Grill. There is a park/playground on the Island. Also, very close to Southern Park with tennis courts and a playground. Also close to Swann Point Golf and Country club. Within driving distance to sight seeing destinations including Westmorland Park, Mellows Bay, Voorhees Nature Preserve, Stratford Hall, St. Clements Island, Calvert Marine Museum and Popes Creek Plantation. Please remove your own trash when you check out. This RV site is located on beautiful waterfront acreage, surrounded by lush trees and is within biking distance to local restaurants and Cobb Island MD. Large open acreage site surrounded by trees with a private pier. Enjoy the 100-foot pier with fishing, swimming, and use of our 2 kayaks on this quiet inlet leading to the Potomac River. Please bring your own life jackets and water shoes. Private boat slip and docking available for personal boats.Welcome to “Paradise”, a private, gated, waterfront RV experience that feels like a secluded nature retreat. Labor Day Weekend
If your looking for a peaceful getaway and love the water, this is your place. We absolutely loved our stay. With easy access for our 35' camper which we parked right long the water. With plenty of wildlife to watch through out the day just makes things better. My kids spent most of there time crabbing, fishing, swimming and kayaking. I also brought my boat along for the trip since they have a boat slip for easy docking. While fishing we caught a variety of fish at the dock and on the boat. So if you enjoy fishing, come check it out. I can't say enough about this beautiful place. We will definitely be returning!

I read all the reviews, before booking at Patty’s Paradise on hipcamp.com. The posts is accurate on the website. Patty makes sure your experience is successful. We caught enough fish for dinner, truly delicious and I look forward to back.

We Love this Tranquil getaway!
This is an absolutely beautiful property !!!😍 calm, quite, tranquil, private, convenient. Patricia was very helpful and right there when you had a question. She had so many of the amenities you might need on your stay. When I was packing for this trip, I had wondered if it was available at the site or not....so I over-packed a little. So I m going to post some pictures, if it would help the next person. Kayak Charcoal grill and some Charcoal Fishing poles Bikes Ice boxes Games, corn hole, kite.. ..

Patricia had great communication even in the rain storm we arrived in. The waterfront view were very nice and the use of the kayaks, the grill, the fire pit, the fishing equipment, the bicycles and the crab trap made our time there very enjoyable. My 2 boys (12 + 14) and I would definitely return! Thank you Patricia.

Beautiful
Another amazing stay at Patty’s ! Beautiful views perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. Yet just bike ride away from Cobb island a quaint little town with a few restaurants and grocery store . Patty is so sweet and accommodating we hope to make it a yearly trip!
