I absolutely loved my time at Lacy Oasis! I wad the only camper there at the time, and it felt very private. The whole time I was surrounded by beautiful, peaceful, quiet forest. The host is amazing as well, showing me all around camp, and checking in occasionally to make sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend staying here, and would like to come back again! :) Thank you for the great time! <3

This space is super slept on! Our host Jumaane & the ladies of Lacy Oasis went above and beyond for our group! Over the phone (while on our way there) we were able to switch our campsite on the land to accommodate our needs, it made us feel extremely welcomed! Upon arrival, we noticed that the neighbors smiled and waved and we were warmly greeted by our host, Jumaane who went above and beyond to help us load and unload our gear with his 4x4! Hosts were very super communicative & checked in often, even recommended things to do in the area. The space itself is breathtaking! Photos do not do it
justice. We had plenty of room for
our group of 10 & having the outhouse & a porta potty was super convenient. The land is very peaceful and rustic but not neglected. No other group booked on those days and the hosts and owner let us have the whole
place to ourselves which was a pleasant surprise. It’s in a residential neighborhood so you will hear things very occasionally but you can’t see the road from Bohemian Campsite & the noise wasn’t bad at all (nights were quiet). We were treated like family & they even wrote us a card. Stop sleeping on this place folks, this is a real hidden gem that deserves more support!

LOVED IT!!! It was quiet, private, AND we could doordash 😂. Enjoyed it so much we added an extra night! We for sure will be back. The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. Made the experience even better!

A beautiful and serene area!! My Family camped in October! No other camper be was there. We enjoyed ourselves immensely😀. We hiked the area: explored other camping sites.! Roasted marshmallows and eating by campfire only. Back to basics!! Definitely will camp here again but this time in the spring!! Pls note there is only a portable potty and no access to water.

Yvonne was a wonderful host and the campsite is impeccable. There are 5 sites to choose from and there are bioluminescent mushrooms! Such a neat place to unplug and unwind. That’s for a great weekend!

Our visit at Lacy Oasis was absolutely one of our best campouts ever. The site was well kept, neat and clean. Perfect for any camper looking for a place to relax and have a great family outdoor experience. Lots opportinities for outdoor activities, fun, and games for family members of all ages. The kids especially loved the swings, archery, hiking and much more! Thanks for a comfortabla and adventurous stay at Lacy Oasis!

The facility was perfect for our group. The wilderness factor wild raspberries tucked away here and there, and adult swings stashed here and there. So many hidden gems along with the tall over head shaded trees and the small stream that runs through. Hammocks here and there, and an over all peace that surpasses human understanding. Customer service top notch. Accommodating and available in contact through the weekend. Candace and Jimani were the best hosts!

Bring your bug spray, keep your fire fed smoke is your friend(bugs hate it)., keep the lights off! It’s gonna be dark. Camp fires candles tiki torches, but no headlights, large lights or flash lights or bugs will be a huge problem. Remember it’s their habitat and night lights disturb them and DRAW them. Enjoy the ambiance of night fire 🔥 light.
We want to remind other “newbie,” campers to be mindful to take your animals, and your quick “emergency bathroom use to the woods away away from campsites.” No matter of you pick it up the residue will be on the ground and can impact the TENT material OF NEXT CAMPER. Candace agreed to move a outhouse down the hill closer to sites.(Great idea).
This was a beautiful experience for all involved. Our Non Profit TheHairdesignerscoalition.org first event of the year 2021, check our new website for upcoming events to support more opportunities like this for urban and rural kids across the nation.
The group of children aged 10 to 18 felt very safe, and explored the property with great enthusiasm..

Lacy Oasis was a great experience. My husband and I felt very comfortable. The host greeted us and took us to the campsite. The host gave us plenty of recommendations; restaurants, trails and the beach (bay). The campsite was very clean. The host texted host multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything to let them know. My husband and I will definitely come back again. At least I know this is a safe place and definitely an Oasis.

Lacy oasis is a gem! I highly recommend. There are a few important things to know:
1) There’s no running water. You need to bring your own water for everything- drinking, washing dishes, washing your hands, etc.
2) there is one port-a-potty and one outhouse. Both are kept very clean and are extremely far from one another — they also might be far from where you choose to set up your tent.
3) the guide was WONDERFUL. The place is beautiful. I love that I got to choose where to camp. I was surprised how big the area was and it was fun to explore.
4) I loved the privacy. So cool to hang out in the woods with the convenience of car camping but no one else around.
5) there is a cool area with 2 long tree swings and 2 tire swings. Both the kids and adults in our crowd loved it!
6) bring plenty of fire wood, and if possible, an SUV to easily get up and down the hill to some of the areas to camp

I highly recommend Lacy Oasis for your next camping trip. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience. This was out first time and we are already planning our next camping event at Lacy Oasis!!! From the horseback riding to the camp fire to the awesome customer service they make you feel like family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lacy Oasis! With 2 families and a couple of us being first time campers, it was a very enjoyable experience. Our guide, Jumaane, was awesome! The staff is so attentive and welcoming, we felt right at home. They had extra equipment for us and were the epitome of hospitality. I would recommend lacy oasis to anyone camping for the first time or experienced campers. I'm definitely coming back for sure!
