I feel very lucky to have found my own little slice of heaven here on Cobb Island, and I'd love to share it with you. Bring your tent and camp by the water, or arrive by boat and pitch your tent right here. Enjoy the deck, dock, fire pit, picnic table, outdoor shower, and new Blackstone grill. Don't forget your fishing pole! Bring your kayak and launch directly from the dock. The Wet Steps make getting in and out of the water easy. You'll also have access to the remodeled kitchen, one bathroom, a washer and dryer, a golf cart, and one three-wheeler.Just a slice of Heaven on Neale Sound. Bring your kayaks and enjoy the peaceful waters of Cobb Island. You'll have access to a golf cart to explore the island. Just added two kayaks! Bring life preservers!

What a beautiful, peaceful place! Definitely recommend. Mary Ann was an incredible and generous host! Camping right on the water, kayaking, golf cart to use to local store/restaurants, outdoor shower, fire pit, fenced backyard (no fence water side if your furry loved one would jump in water), grills available(I didn't use), walkable neighborhood. I had such a pleasant experience and enjoyed getting to know Mary Ann. Note: shared bathroom for use is inside the house. If you are in an RV/skoolie etc, you will need to back in (no pull through). 30amp and dog friendly :)

Loved this place. Mary Ann was the best host yet. She went over and beyond with her hospitality. She had a beautiful patio with a fire place with grill attachment, Blackstone flat grill, and charcoal grill available, outdoor shower with multiple shower heads which was awesome. The scenery was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. She also let me use her golf cart to get around the island. There’s nothing bad I can say about this lovely place. Very short distance to multiple restaurants that are amazing. Absolutely recommend it. Very peaceful and quiet. Oh and great place to fish from her dock. I will definitely be coming back.
