Bring your tent, bike, and hiking shoes. Four-acre property with a private hiking trail down to a small river for fishing and cooling off. Just be prepared...the river site requires a downhill hike to get down there and an uphill hike back. We feel it's worth the hike:) The 20-mile Northern Central Railroad (NCR) trail is seen from across the river. The property is a short 2-minute drive to the NCR trail parking lot with easy access to the trail. Unwind with the wineries and breweries nearby. Close access to Interstate I-83. Traffic noise is minimal. All types of shopping are within a 10/15 minute drive. There is an antique shop located near the trail parking lot. Camp Hike & Bike is a place to put up your tent and enjoy being close to trails and day trips. Firewood is provided at an additional cost. A portable BR with a temporary enclosure will be provided at the site. Small fire ring. No running water or electricity. Day trips in about an hour include: *Baltimore City Inner Harbor *Lancaster County *Hershey Park *Gettysburg Battlefields. **Several public areas for hiking, tubing, and fishing are a short drive from our location.

The camp site was a serious hike in and out, but well worth the view, the running streams, and the seclusion. Our hosts were beyond hospitable and had thought of nearly everything they could provide to be of assistance. 10/10 GREAT SITE 10/10 GREAT HOSTS 10/10 GREAT DOGS

Riverside peaceful camping!

What a great place to camp! The river site was secluded in nature despite being so close to many activities. Wading in the river was great, as well as the many nice touches Crystal and her family included at the site. Would definitely stay here again!
