We are a 25 acre, regenerative farm creating natural products through organic processes. We care for chickens, geese, ducks, cows, alpacas, goats, sheep, dogs, and cats! We have a small pond for great fishing, and lots of nature to explore! Sat in the middle of the Catoctin Mountains, our farm has beautiful mountain top views. The accommodations include 1-2 A frames, beds and bedding for rent as needed, access to electricity and Wi-Fi, an outhouse, and access to fresh water. No heating.Contact Michael upon arrival and one of our hosts will direct you to your campsite area, or will give directions if unavailable at arrival time, and give you a tour of the area. The camp site area is flat grass, on our upper field. On the same field as the camp site we have a new outhouse for campers.

We absolutely loved our stay! The A frames were comfortable and made a week of bad weather a joy! This is located a short drive away from Gettysburg, Cococtin Mtn and the Eisenhower House which made it a lovely location for our vacation. The host was great and our kids also loved the animals

BeeSpoke Farms

On a random warm weekend, we scheduled a last minute trip to Beespoke. We had a lovely time. The site has views of the surrounding mountains and you are amidst this small working farm. Close to Catoctin. Michael gave a delightful tour of the farm and its various animals. He was a generous host. The eggs were delicious!

Country Farm Camping

Great property in the quiet country. You can only hear the occasional car or airplane go by! The A-frame cabins are on a fenced pasture next to a couple cows, alpacas, and a flock of birds… ducks and chickens. None of them are off putting by small or sound, it was actually pretty cool to be on a working farm. The outhouse is really new and clean, just across the pasture from the cabins, maybe 50 yards. The water spigot is about the same distance by the gate of the pasture. No electrical outlets in the cabins, but they’ve run extension cords up from the farm house to power the mini fridge, sting lights, and whatever else you bring. The cabins are sealed well from the wind, but not insulated. The overnight temp for me was in the teens, so o felt that, but a good sleeping bag will handle it. My dog loved the area too, no issues with the livestock or guard dogs in the other pastures. If it’s wet, you are definitely going to want muck boots or the like.

BeeSpoke Farms

This is a truly special place. I am usually drawn to seclusion in the woods, but staying on a working farm was a really cool experience. There were a variety of livestock pastured right beside the field the 2 cabins are in. There are roosters that you will hear in the morning and dogs who protect the animals that you will hear at night, but I quite enjoyed the sounds of the animals throughout the short trip. The people on the farm were very friendly. Bring appropriate footwear. This is a farm. You need to beware of animal droppings. Also, bring your own TP. We had a box of tissues that we used, though we probably could have asked the host for some if we needed to. We brought all of our own gear and packed out our trash. We did not need to use any of the extra services such as shower or laundry so I cannot review that, but we had a wonderful time on this property. I highly recommend for a very different experience.
