A wonderful get away to enjoy being outside,close to Acadia National Park 1 hour, Camden 20 minutes for mountain hikes ,swimming,and ocean views.The quiet peaceful evenings.Brewerys 10-20 minutes away.A great view out over the blueberry field, view of small mountain range, find the constellations .Watch for shooting stars, hear the crickets and frogs from the pond. The gravel site is close to buildings for water but can be in areas near fields with extended hose you provide. Height limit of 13 feet of vehicle due to power / communication lines.Shared fire pit if no winds are present. We are 1 hour from Acadia National Park, 20 min. from Camden Hills.10 min. from Belfast bike trails, 10 min. from swimming pond.

Wind in the Pines

Our stay at Wind in the Pines was beautiful. Our host, Cathy, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. If we get the chance, we’ll be staying there again for sure! She sets the standard extremely high for a Hipcamp Host!

Catherine was a great and friendly host. The space was very clean and well-marked. The water and electric outlets are easy to access. The stars were beautiful to see at night. 10/10 will be here again!
