Come stay in our cozy yurt with woodstove on the banks of the Sheepscot River. Swim , fish , hike. Double bed with organic linen bedding and sheepskin Viking quilt. Cozy furnishings , candles , Castile soap and wash bin. Swallowtail yogurt and homegrown herbal tea , coffee for your morning breakfast . Hammock and deck. Outdoor kitchen set up , open fire cooking , propane camp stove set up outside or sterno inside The yurt is a short walk from main st along the river. Order a breakfast basket for $16 pp to be delivered. Swimming hole right behind the yurt . A self serve farmstand is on premises for snacks and treats. Close to Sheepscot general farm and store as well as lots of hiking trails nearby.

    Swallowtail Farm Riverside Yurt
    Super great, the sound of the river flowing is soothing, the trees are everywhere but you can still see the stars clearly at night, warm, small, im 5foot11, was mostly on my knees couldnt stand up unless standing in the middle next to the woodstove. The owners are nice and respect 100% the privacy (the yurt is in their backyard, but they have a large backyard so it aint too close). Small attentions are everywhere, olive oil to cook, some sugar and cocoa powder for chocolate milk, some kitchen cutlery in case you forgot something, paper towels, stuff like that, propane heater, the heat the yurt before you arrive so its all cozy when you settle in. Thank you for the stay, would recommend!
