Peace pipe point
Wow, Floyd has made a naturally beautiful spot so fun and accessible. We really just needed a peaceful place to sleep but I'll take the bonus of waking up to bird songs and watching a bald eagle while I sipped coffee!

This spot was flat out amazing! Never mind how gorgeous the common areas and landscaping leading down to all the sites were. Peace Pipe Point was perfect for the two of us, cozy and secluded just enough. The fishing from the point can't even be explained, only experienced. I could see two groups using the other two spots as kind of a joint area. Floyd has done an amazing job with the whole property. He was very informative and accommodating for our stay. And the little outdoor bathroom area was perfect for our night out on the town during our camping weekend! Definitely would recommend and definitely planning to come back!

Man what a great site Lazy Lagoon was. My two boys and I stayed for 2 nights fished the Sabasticook River, the eagles fly, the fish were hitting, we are headed back in the Spring. FLOYD was the man. Thank you for such a great experience

Really enjoyed camping on Floyd’s property. Peace pipe point was incredible! Tucked away and right on the water it’s a must check out for sure

When I say this is the most beautiful, well thought out, charming camp area I’ve ever been to I mean it. Floyd turned his land into a place that families, friends, solo campers- literally anybody could go and feel comfortable but out in nature enough so you get that real camp experience. Floyd was so helpful with everything, had boats he allowed us to use, and upgraded us to a waterfront site when he got a last minute cancellation. And the landscaping!!! Omg this guy pays attention to every detail the flower gardens the decor everything just made my family so happy. This was my daughters first camping trip and now that we had such a cool experience, she is already planning her next! Thank you so much Floyd, youve really got a gem out there and we’re so lucky to have stumbled onto it!!
