Whether you’re staying for one night or a few, you’ll enjoy open skies, forest walks, and cozy campfires. A spacious, shaded spot to set up camp at the edge of a sunny meadow. Ideal for tents, vans, or small RVs, this site includes a fire ring and a table with chairs for cooking or relaxing outdoors. Mowed walking trails nearby offer peaceful strolls and beautiful views of the land. Cell service is generally strong if needed. Welcome to The Lookout — a peaceful campsite set just off the main clearing, framed by tall trees with multiple flat spots for tents and plenty of space to spread out. It’s also suitable for smaller RVs or car camping. Perched above the field with a soft view through the trees, this site offers a bit more privacy than others. In the early morning or just before dusk, you might catch deer or turkeys moving through the field below. Campfire ring, table, and chairs included. You’ll have access to the shared outhouse, communal spaces, drinking water, and trails throughout the property.

Another great stay at Erica’s place. The location is perfect, with plenty to do nearby. Boothbay has that classic Maine feel — a little quieter and less touristy than Bar Harbor. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are close by and definitely worth checking out.

There were several spots to choose from to set up camp, giving us the option that best suited our trailer. There's an outdoor kitchen that was full stacked, right next to a community space with seating options and fire pit. The land was beautiful ands fun to explore!

Nice spot close to town. The outdoor kitchen adds convenience. I highly recommend having leveling blocks available. It is difficult to find a level spot without them. The road into the site is about a quarter of a mile in and rough in spots.

Instructions to get to the site were helpful. It was very secluded and the property is beautiful! Composting toilet was clean. Lots of fallen wood nearby for kindling but we brought some firewood too.

Camping on Sarah's land was great! The table and chairs and fire pit were nice, and fitting our promaster campervan on the site was easy. The outhouse was also a luxury to have.

Thanks Erica! â˜ș I stayed here very comfortably with my partner and mother in law. Our camping spot was nicely secluded and had space for our two tents. We appreciated the central common area with seating, a kitchenette, and composting toilet. Erica was very communicative.

Great property and great location! Definitely the most secluded spot on the lot. Wasn’t expecting to utilize the kitchen but it’s well stocked and had skewers to use that I forgot to pack!

The site was clean and the spot that we picked was nice and level, close to the outhouse and kitchen. Yes there's a nicely appointed outdoor kitchen! Erics even went as far to assemble a new fire pit for us and provided tips on whereto hike. Booth Bay was amazing and everything was close to the Hip Camp.

Good experience at Erica’s land. Excellent location close to all Boothbay attractions. Sites are comfortable. Communicative host. The shower wasn’t working but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Erica’s glorious field was a perfect nights stay for us as we came into Maine for the night before boarding the Balmy Days Ferry the next day. We will likely be back next year. The pit bathroom and kitchen were both very impressive. Highly recommend!

The sight has beautiful star gazing, the compost toilet is clean and comfortable, there was plenty of water for our use, and it's just a fun place. It would be especially great with a crowd.

Erica's land worked perfectly for what I needed -- a quiet, safe place to overnight while visiting family in Boothbay. I'm not sure it would work well for tent campers, but for a van or trailer it's perfect. Loved the bird songs in the morning!

Had a great time at Erica's campsite! Very secluded areas to pick from, and we had a great spot where we set up our camper. It was just a few minutes from town and had great hiking trails around it as well. Definitely recommend!
