With 40 private acres of forest and trails to explore and 3,200 foot frontage on the Sebasticook river, this is an ideal setting for a peaceful offgrid retreat located just 10minutes from town. Excellent bird watching, kayaking, hiking, and fishing with well maintained trails that loop around the property. River views, and trails that wrap around the sides of the property take you on a peaceful stroll around the river bend. This property has a well maintained Amish built outhouse, with provided ecofriendly toilet paper, and wood chips for composting. We have Picnic tables, lawn games, grills, fire pits, kayaks, and more. Excellent cell signal and easy drive up spots. *Kayak rentals and firewood are optional add ons for your stay.*

Enjoy 40 acres of woods to explore on well maintained trails surrounded by the Sebasticook River. Great fishing, bird watching, and hiking with trails along each side of the peninsula. We are located just a short drive from Colby college and town. River Run cove site has a fire pit and picnic table and is close to the river. It's a Great spot for a small pop out/ travel trailer and the site is drive up and park. Shared supplies; rakes, charcoal grills, life vest, shovels, buckets, TP and yard games available for guests . Shared Located near the cabins shared resources can be found in the green bin. Firewood available on site for purchase (or you can forage or bring your own local wood). There is a wheelbarrow by the outhouse that can be used to gather purchased firewood which is located on racks in this common area near the cabins. *Please put any borrowed items back near the cabin area where they belong. If you would like to borrow a charcoal grill for the full trip, please let us know in advance so we reserve and can confirm availability. Well maintained Compostable toilet/ outhouse on the property near supplies area (Compostable 1-ply TP included. Do not use non-compostable TP or throw anything into the toilets other than the compostable TP. Bring eco-friendly soap. We provide hand sanitizer in the outhouse) Carry in carry out all trash There is a transport station down the street ~8min away.

Shares supplies like rakes and charcoal grills are available for all guests to borrow. Located near the cabins shared resources can be found in the green bin. Please put any borrowed items back near the cabin area where they belong promptly when not using. If you would like to borrow a charcoal grill for the full trip let us know and we can confirm availability. Wood available on site for purchase $20 first day $15 each additional flat rate. Dale cabin was built in the 1970’s in the traditional Maine log cabin style. With recent updates it is spacious and features a wood burning stove, sink with rain water collection barrel for hand and dish washing, and front porch for watching the sunrise on the river. Enjoy nature and the peaceful sounds of the river with 40+ acres to explore with 3,200 feet frontage on the Sebasticook river. This Cabin easily sleeps four+ for larger groups and families. Dale cabin features a sink with rain collection barrel pump for hand and dish washing. There is a full bed setup, additional cots, hammock, and a clean and well maintained Outhouse with eco-friendly TP and hand sanitizer provided near the cabin. You will need to bring: your own drinking water, bedding (sleeping bag recommended), towels, linens and flashlight, queen sheets. Additional pots and pans (we leave at least 1 pan in the cabin) For Groceries and supplies there is a dollar general, or grocer about 10min from the cabin + Many great farm stands local treasures to explore within a couple miles. *Firewood can be purchased (or you can bring your own local wood, or forage for wood) {bring your own paper/kindling} kayak rentals available . Please feel free to inquire. What we provide: 🧻TP is in outhouse extra in green storage bin. Hatchet 🪓 (so you can harvest your own wood and kindling) Gas grill (bring propane) *Charcoal grill (may need to pick up charcoal) 🍳 pan, and Cooking/grilling utensils. Cups, plates, silverware (basic would bring a knife) Tea kettle 🫖 🧹Cleaning supplies ( please leave everything tidy and ready for the next guest. ) 📻 Radio 🛟 Life jacket 🩹 first aid kit (bring own too just in case) 4🪑 chairs 4 cots 1 hammock *1 large Cooler (doubles as an extra seat) 🔭Telescope 🧲 Horseshoe set Corn hole Note: This is an off grid destination. There is no electricity or running water at this cabin. It stays warm via a wood burning stove & wood burning stoves become and stays very hot. The top surface can be used to boil water for tea in the kettle we provide. Nothing should ever be left on the stove.

Newly built log cabin crafted with wood mindfully harvested from our land by local artisans with a keen eye for detail. Easily sleeps 4 with loft. Celeste cabin features a large covered front porch with rive views, an outdoor fire pit, picnic table, grills and more. Celeste cabin has a wood burning stove inside, solar powered overhead lights, and a charging station for small devices. While there is no wifi, the area has very clear cell reception. Included supplies: plates, bowls, cups, silverware, kettle, lantern and flashlight. 2 cots in cabin with two twin mattresses. TP in the outhouse games, cards, and general cooking supplies. You will need to bring your own bedding. Sleeping bag recommended & twin sheets for the two twin beds. (2nd cot is stored under the bed. ) We are dog friendly. Just let us know in advance if you plan on bringing a dog. Site Features: 40 acres of woods to explore with carved out trails surrounded by the Sebasticook River. Great fishing, bird watching, hiking and kayaking Rakes, Shovels, Buckets, Horseshoe, cornhole, and other lawn games and shared camp resources available upon request. Well maintained Amish built Compostable toilet/ outhouse close to cabin. Compostable TP included as well as natural soap and hand sanitizer. Carry in carry out all trash (there is a transfer /recycling center down the street from the cabins ~8min)
