18 acres on the river with an rustic off grid cabin. Walking trail along the river and through the old homesteader gardens. Each season brings out natures unique beauty and exciting outdoor activities in this area. Springtime brook trout fill this section of river and make for some great fly fishing. Spring and summer brings the western maine mountian hiking opportunities. Summer time adventures and cooling in the river water swim holes. Fall brings some great nature watching and hunting opportunities. The 4 bedroom cabin is rustic but has solar lights and phone charger. Rainwater washing station. Newly built clean outhouse. Even a tiny house for some additional lodging. Tons of space for cars and people but you do need to bring your own cots and beddingSmall 4 bedroom cabin with solar lights, cook stove, fire pit, newly built outhouse, and bonus mini home. RUSTIC.
