Solitude, peacefulness, mountain views. Moose Trail Mountain Farm camp site feels remote and away from it all, but is less than 10 minutes from the quaint village of Cornish Maine. The site has views of the White Mountains, a babbling brook and hiking trails steps from the tent. The tent has a queen size bed with linens and towels for two provided. There is a covered outside kitchen with a propane stove, grill and all the essentials needed for cooking meals. An outside shower is solar heated and the outhouse has a view! Birthday getaway

The site was great and the outhouse is definitely a luxury while camping. The outdoor solar shower is great as well. It did rain for a day but the covered area to the side of the tent with the picnic table and sink is awesome to still be able to cook but covered from the weather. The views are great from the porch. We did light some fireworks one night for a birthday after I checked in the description to see if they were allowed and it said nothing of the sorts. Jane said they have horses and they get freaked out so I would refrain from those activities but it should be listed in the rules just in case for future campers. She was polite and understanding and we apologized for any disturbance. They refilled water when we asked and the site was great to stay at, would definitely recommend for a couple

Host was super accommodating and attentive but let us have our privacy! Was an amazing site and even got to watch the meteor shower!

Moose Trail Mountain Farm

Peaceful, but bring an SUV!

We enjoyed the campsite, outhouse was clean, and the amenities helped us be comfortable. The view was lovely and the area is very peaceful. HOWEVER, it should be noted that the drive up to the site is not really appropriate for a sedan, small hatch or a compact car. Our group would come back, but we would really need an SUV or truck next time. Both of our cars got stuck on the way up to the site, and the road leading to it is very rough, rocky and uneven for a standard car to drive over.
