Come relax and unwind on 3 acres of beautiful Western Maine mountain side. With a brand-new tent platform, picnic table, and fire ring let the stresses of everyday life fade away. Welcome to the valley! Get ready pitch your tent and enjoy a night under the stars. The campsite is set back amidst the evergreens creating a lovely green scape. Relax by the fire after a rewarding day of adventuring what Western Maine has to offer on a completely wooded lot. There are plenty of hiking, biking, swimming holes, rivers, lakes, and ATV trails nearby. Sugarloaf mountains new downhill mountain bike park is 15 minutes away. Close to amenities but very secluded in location. We look forward to your stay!High & dry tent platform is a perfect place to recharge after a day of recreating in Carrabassett Valley. On site you’ll find a 12’x16’ platform, picnic table, fire pit, propane grill, table, and a toilet*. Guests will enjoy 2 acres to themselves, but please note there is a cabin at the top of the property that is private property. Guests will have access to a toilet* However, guests must take all waste with them and leave no trace. Plastic bags and saw dust are provided. There are no hookups at this site, but river water is available just down the road.

Firewood provided, firepit. Please be considerate of future guests and leave some fire wood for the next group. Do NOT cut green trees to burn. Ample dry sticks and twigs around to kindle a flame. Bring some newspaper or fire starter. Fire should be extinguished before leaving and burnt on a stable, non flammable surface like the drive way.

Portable toilet. A bucket with a seat lined with bags and saw dust. Guests must carry in and out ALL waste. Bags and saw dust are provided. BYOTP
