Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Welcome to Mercer Maine. Our land is a peaceful place to unwind while enjoying all that nature has to offer. We live on 8 acres but only 2 are accessible at the moment. The yard is beautifully landscaped and includes 5 apple trees and lots of wild flowers. You will feel secluded on your private slip complete with picnic table, fire pit and solar lights for ambiance. Smithfield lake is 2 miles down the road and can be great for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. No public beach but the Belgrade Lakes are all nearby. Skowhegan is 20 minutes away and is an up a coming town with antiques, art shops, bakeries, wine bars and yummy restaurants. Try Zaap Thai! Hiking near by includes a kid friendly trail in the Mercer Town Forest that leads to the Sandy River. Mount Phillip and French Mountain are also a short drive away. Come relax and enjoy some peace and quiet in a magical setting. We hope you love our home and Mercer Maine as much as we do!A quiet place for you to enjoy nature and all that surrounds you. We live on 8 acres and love the quiet lazy days here. If you like adventure we are close to hiking trails and lots of lake adventures to be had at Belgrade lakes. 122 Corson is a restaurant that serves a swanky dinner on Saturday's during the summer and fall. Reservations are needed in advance but well worth it if you want to treat yourself. Please be mindful of the neighborhood. Drive slow and give wave. Maine, the way life should be.

10 ft campervan

This is a peaceful spot to stargaze, build a lil fire, n settle into the present moment. Felt cozy, private, & safe. I stayed a night here along a roadtrip bc it's located central to Farmington, Skowhegan, & Waterville. Katie is a gem of a human and I feel really lucky to have found this spot(:

Beautiful stay with amazing host!

8 ft campervan

Not only was Katie an amazing host, the site was beautiful! I had no trouble finding the property and Katie was quick to respond with any questions beforehand. Once there, the space felt private and welcoming with a beautifully kept yard and acres of forest. A day trip to the Belgrade lakes was just what we needed and it was beyond easy to get there. Lake days were mere miles away! Unfortunately we weren't able to eat at the neighboring farm to table restaurant, make your reservations early! But it looked amazing. Can't wait to come back!
