Nestled in the woods, our authentic mongolian ger offers a unique and cozy retreat that combines comfort with an unforgettable outdoor experience. As you unwind in the ger, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds. The ger is sited between high bush blueberries and an apple orchard. In addition to horses our farm is home to a delightful array of animals, including goats, livestock guardian dogs, chickens, and guinea hens, creating an enchanting farm atmosphere. The property features miles of scenic trails winding through lush woods, perfect for hiking, horseback riding, or simply taking a leisurely stroll in a picturesque landscape. Whether you're an adventure seeker or looking to relax, there’s something for everyone here. After competing in the longest horse race in the world in Mongolia which involved staying with nomadic herders on the steppe I was so inspired by the beautiful yurts called gers that I knew I had to put some up on my land in Maine. The Ger is designed to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter and is a very cozy. Join us for an unforgettable experience in our Mongolian ger, where the charm of rural living meets the serenity of Maine's natural beauty. We can't wait to welcome you to our little slice of paradise!
