Hang out in our large 8ft Belle tent in the Fox Den (a clearing in the woods). A nice little get away off a little grassy path. You’ll have a grill plate to cook your steak over your fire. *Bring your sleeping bags and spread out. A full size bed will be arriving soon. We have rain water and bottled water as well as camping toilets for your use. There are a couple of gas stations just down the street for access to restrooms and food. Irving Station is open 24 hours. Our drive in is gravel and not muddy. You can drive in with any vehicle. We have a parking area and tents areas are just a few feet away. We'll greet you when you arrive and show you where to park and show you to your den.

Primitive Feeling

The host was very nice and accommodating, however the camp site was not well maintained. It was a little bit of a hassle setting up, and I was concerned that a root or stick was going to puncture the tents footprint. There wasn’t a designated area to make a fire. Very primitive feel, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Woodland Campsite

Simple, basic and safe place to park my van for the night. Great value as it’s literally half the price of many of the camping options around Acadia. Patricia was very friendly and communicative.

Woodland Campsite

We loved staying in our campervan on Patricia's land! It was secluded and quiet. After a long day of hiking, we appreciated the outdoor shower and being able to relax around a fire. The star gazing was incredible!
