Private 1 acre lot includes water/private septic, 50/30/20 Amp service, and garbage. Pretty pond nearby. Firepit with firewood supplied (during non-danger days) Spacious backin site. Rigs up to 40' .Pet(s) allowed upon approval. Nearby (3 miles) public boat ramp and access to Casco Bay. Slideouts allowed, parking for 2 vehicles. Parking surface is crushed rock. Area offers local restaurants, Maine State Music Theater, Reid State Park, Popham Beach, Sebago Lake, Freeport and more. Portland 40 minutes, Boothbay 50 minutes.Pretty wooded site situated on your own private acre with a short trail to the little pond full of frogs and wildlife. The site is a spacious crushed rock base and convenient back-in with full hook-up. Can accomodate 40' length and 12' at the narrowest -20' widest. Guests must have self contained toilets. Portland 35 minutes, Boothbay 60 minutes, Freeport shopping 20 minutes. Many nearby restaurants, lobster shacks and shopping. Also nearby Maine State Music Theater, Reid State Park, Popham Beach, Wolfs Neck State Park, Sebago Lake, Maine Maritime Museum and Lands End Gift Shop. Fishing and Lobster Boat charters nearby. Plenty to do in this midcoast area or just sit and relax.

Julia’s place is everything that is described. The pictures are accurate- it really is that peaceful and quiet. It was very private just as promised, but with easy access to primary roads. A really nice touch was the firewood that she provided. All the necessary amenities were there.

nice spot that is private although the neighbors do have atvs that they were using right nearby easy to back in and hook up nice fore pit. firewood provided was a nice touch

Cranberry RV site was great! It was very private and quiet...just what was needed. We enjoyed exploring the Harpswell area... Orr's island and especially Bailey Island, simply beautiful.

private quiet space to unwind

After staying in Acadia national park busy Campgrounds it was so nice to come here and unwind with lots of space and privacy with full hook ups. It was close to great hiking and sightseeing. We enjoyed Baileys Island just a short drive away. Julia was very responsive, welcoming, and accomodating.

Private, quiet and full hookups. Site was level and a beautiful space to explore. Julia and Brian were excellent hosts and we would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for an excellent stay!

We absolutely loved our stay on Julia's land. It’s quiet and private making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Maine. We travel with our dog who loves people but doesn't always like other dogs so busy campgrounds can be stressful. There were no issues with that here, we had an acre + all to ourselves which made for a much more restful trip. The location is close to some truly iconic Maine scenery—ideal for hiking, photography, or just soaking in the views. The site itself is well-equipped with sewer, water, power which made our stay super convenient. There are trees all around but Starlink had no problem getting a signal so we were able to add an extra night and still make morning online meetings. Getting in and out was a breeze thanks to the easy access and spacious layout. We have a 35' fifth wheel with crew cab truck and it was no problem backing into the spot. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts home! We'll definitely be back!
