Note that this is a primitive location—plan to bring your own water and power. • Location: An ideal basecamp for exploring Northern Maine, located within driving distance of Baxter State Park and local ATV trails. A peaceful, "cryptid-themed" woodland retreat for nature lovers who want privacy and a dark sky for stargazing.

Tent sites. We have acres of field space and woods as well. Both terrains have an abundance of all types of wildlife. We are close to Patten, Mt Katahdin, Houlton and tons of lakes and rivers to enjoy. We have a micro distillery on-site where we produce rum. We plan to have showers up for tent campers mid July. Toilet is available.

Very accommodating host. Had extra shore power adapters for that need it. Distillery sounded wonderful but were non-drinkers!

Pete and Annie were communicative, kind and welcoming hosts. We stayed here for 1 quick night on our way to Canada and it was just what we needed. Clean bathroom with toilet/sink. Neat distillery next door. Peaceful area, fireflies twinkled in the tall grass just beyond the tent area. Would highly recommend!
