Great spot. Krystal was great and the horses are awesome. Quiet and peaceful but close to town. Would definitely stay again. Best for self contained and smaller rigs, but there’s room to maneuver if you’re decent at backing up. Great option for staying in the area.

Our children loved to have horses around them!
The location is perfect to visit Camden and Belfast.

Great spot. Krystal had the campfire all ready for us when we drove in and we woke up the next morning saying hi to the horses with our morning coffee. 1 mile from downtown Lincolnville. Very welcoming all the way around!

It was a riot to open our windows and see and almost reach Jack and Bo. Krystal was amazing at accommodating us and sharing good "local" places to go! Totally enjoyed our stay.

Krystal's horse farm exceeded all expectations. The level of care and hospitality provided by Krystal was outstanding. Her horses brought immense joy to my ranch girl heart. The farm was clean and well-maintained, and Krystal's dogs were friendly. The location was peaceful and close to what we wanted to do, offering a much-needed escape. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return!

Don’t sleep on this little gem! Sweet horses to greet you, a lovely out of the way place to stay and an exceptional host Krystal. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Great location, peaceful setting.
We feel fortunate to have been able to get to interact with Krystal’s horses as much as we did.

Krystal’s farm is a lovely, quiet place to be away from the crowds of Camden, yet close enough to get to town for all the tourist things Mid-coast Maine is know for. Her location is perfect for exploring Camden Hills State Park and the Duck Trap River Preserve, a virtually deserted network of trails along the river—a preserve unknown to us that Krystal turned us on to during our stay. Krystal is a great host. Her property is well maintained, and the horses and dogs make the camp warm and inviting. We will definitely return to Krystal’s again when we need our next “Mid-coast fix.”

While the host was very friendly there really was no appropriate site to camp. The options were inside a dirt training ring or a grassy area that badly needed to be cut.

Lovely, quiet spot close to hiking and Camden and Belfast. Waking up and cooking breakfast in our camper van next to her horses was a real treat for both our kids and ourselves!

Krystal couldn't have been nicer to us. Our parking space was good and we didn't need any utilities. Too bad we did not have horses anymore because she abuts Camden Hills park.

We had such a nice time camping at Krystals horse farm!
Krystal was so sweet and welcoming and provided us with information on where to hike, eat and swim in her beautiful town.
Her home is nestled in the trees as and made us feel secluded. We parked our 20” camper in the meadow by the barn with trees in front and horse pastures behind us.

For the same price as an overcrowded park Krystal offers more! The location is amazing. It’s convent to everything but peaceful at the same time. The horses were a major bonus for our toddler and we can’t say enough good things about Krystal too - We’ll be back!

We would highly recommend staying here for several nights at least, great trails nearby, relaxing, and a truly authentic location with a lovely host and the sweetest animals (Levi, UB, Boe, and Dallas). As far as hosts go, I don’t think we could have asked for a more thoughtful and inviting host as Krystal. Krystal and the animals will be missed and we hope to some day make it back that way... please give the animals many pets for us when you are there!

Krystal was a wonderful host - very helpful and welcoming. Her recommendations were spot on - we loved the local lobster place she suggested, as well as the nearby beach (which luckily wasn’t crowded at all). Our kids were mesmerised and entertained by her horses and dogs so much that they didn’t want to leave. Our 9 year old said he would spend the Summer with Krystal if he could. The only difficulty was getting our 25’ Airstream around the corner of her driveway, but Krystal did a great job helping us navigate. Would love to visit Krystal again!

Our 2y/o and 4y/o girls absolutely loved it here! Krystal was an incredible host, had a campfire going for us when we arrived and she even had a little hay gym for our girls to play in. the place was very well kept. Having the horses right next to us was amazing, our girls fed them hay and pet them all the time! Krystal recommended several local hikes and attractions, and a fantastic place to get fresh lobsters. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
