This spacious lot offers easy access for RVs of any size and features brand-new hookups for water, sewer, and electricity. This one-of-a-kind site is the perfect place to spend a week, a month, or an entire season in complete privacy. Enjoy magnificent postcard-quality sunrises and sunsets, as well as excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing on Orange Lake and throughout the Orange River Heritage Preserve. The area also offers great fishing for bass, pickerel, and perch, along with abundant wildlife, including deer, eagles, loons, beavers, and more. The property is approximately one hour from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Schoodic Point, and Ellsworth. It's also about 30 minutes from Campobello Island, Canada (the summer home of Franklin D. Roosevelt), Roque Bluffs State Park (ocean swimming), and Lubec, a charming oceanside community and the easternmost town in the United States. Arya's Landing

This place is quite a gem! Private, quiet, very nicely created and maintained. Huge level space with full hookups including 50amp electric. Beautiful view of orange lake and the sunsets are lovely. We woke up to wild turkeys eating the owner’s newly planted grass seed this morning, we saw several deer and that lonesome loon sound every evening is delightful. Owner was very friendly and pleasant and helped us out with trash and places to visit. Wonderful little town nearby Machias had everything we needed, great Hannaford grocery store, hardware store, laundry, pharmacy plus several places to eat. We took drives over to Lubec, out to the singing beach & Acadia, all are less than an hour away. Would definitely come back when we return to Maine, we didn’t want to leave!

Justin has done an impeccable job creating this new site. 100% up to standard. I hate to recommend this area but it truly is special. The Landing gives that " gone to camp" feeling that owning land in Maine gives one, but wrapped up in the convenience of a rental property. This is my second stay at Orange Lake and it is safe to say I will continue to book with Justin from here on out. This area is rugged, extremely quiet, and private. I could barely see the next site, rarely heard humans, and appreciated the pull-through design of this particular site. I will be back in October for my annual long trip.
