Cute newly built one room cottage located in the heart of Mid City South near I-10/12 split. Tiny house has a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. It is stylishly furnished with WIFI and TV that swings to outside covered patio area.
The main room has a living space with a full sized (double) Serta pull out bed. There is also a kitchen space w/ a sink, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and an induction dual cooktop. Home is nestled in a peaceful garden with a deck and grilling area behind our home with a shared backyard space that includes a hot tub and covered area patio as well.
The cabin and main house are located in great neighborhood -walking distance to shops, restaurants and a public park with tennis and beach volleyball courts.Tiny Cabin is a 200sf newly constructed cabin in the heart of Baton Rouge. Located in the rear of the property, it has access to many outdoor lounging spaces, a hot tub, chimenea, covered patio and grilling areas. Charming yet close to town. Free use of bike to get around to shopping and parks.
