These sites can all be driven to with a required 4 wheel drive vehicle.

We can take you around to pick the site that suits you best before your party embarks. These sights are wooded and most have stream access. All have access to wonderful trails.

Each reserved area offers the exclusivity refined guests expect, with direct access to our premier trail system and horse-friendly amenities. Create your own private basecamp where your entire crew can ride, relax, and reconnect in the unspoiled beauty of Eastern Kentucky. There are 3 separate sites at this which has easy access to paddocks, round pen, and highlines. We have two additional sites on the property; however we encourage folks to get these sites if available due to ease of access, seclusion and less through traffic. Prime sites for you riding group.

Secondary RV/Trailer Site

Create your own private basecamp where your entire crew can ride, relax, and reconnect in the unspoiled beauty of Eastern Kentucky. These sites are less secluded than the primary. We encourage these sites if you are with a group with more than 3 trailers. These sites are typically used for overflow with larger group occupying the other sites. We would suggest booking on one of RV/Trailer groups sites for more privacy and better access to paddocks and round pens.

Primitive Cabin

Our cozy little primitive cabin is one room, with futon, kitchen table with two chairs, and cabinet space. Cabin has wood stove. Great little spot for those who don't have tent but want to experience the outdoors. Can be used by hikers, riders, or hunters, There is no water at the cabin so you will need to prepare if you bring horses.

Drive to Primitive Campsite
Absolutely gorgeous land with such a neat history. It’s obvious how much hard work and care goes into maintaining everything. Brad’s very responsive and will check on you occasionally; just the right mix of interaction/conversation yet giving you privacy to do your own thing. Falling asleep and waking up next to the creek is amazing! We absolutely loved walking the creek and trails and the cave overhangs are just stunning! We initially booked for 2 nights but enjoyed everything so much that we decided to cancel a non-refundable reservation elsewhere and stay two more nights and finish our trip here. Best decision ever!
