Enjoy riverfront access to the Little Sandy River, with boat docking available on-site. Located just a few hundred feet by water from the Greenup boat ramp and the Ohio River, this is the closest private property to the Greenup boat ramp—perfect for fishing and boating adventures. Kayaks are available for guest use on the premises. Docking for large watercraft is currently in progress, while small craft docking is already available. Experience the beauty of pure Appalachia.
