The cottage-style Rose Suite is our largest accommodation. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen and dining area, and will stay extra cozy with two fireplaces: one in the living room and a second in the bedroom. Guests are invited to enjoy the beautiful Kentucky countryside while visiting the ranch. The gardens, wild flowers, and gorgeous tree-lined hills will be a feast for your eyes in the spring, summer and fall. Winter holds its own magic when the ranch glistens in the snow. Explore the property where you can enjoy a fishing pond, peddle boat, and creek.

For guests traveling with pets, we have a private fenced dog park. Our 4-legged guests are very special and welcome. We do not charge a pet fee.
The Rose suite has a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Begin your day with complimentary eggs in your suite, and freshly baked muffins and fruit in the Gallery Lounge. The upstairs area of our barn features an amenity center for guests. Get comfy with our horse themed slipper bar. Pop some popcorn and watch a movie in our Barn/Home theater. Get in a workout in our fitness center, then relax in the sauna. Play a round or two of pool in "The Horseman's" Billiards Room, lined with memorabilia highlighting our horse Lady's racing career. Rain or shine, there is lots for guests to do while staying on the farm. Guest access There is a fishing pond, pedal boat, dock (with fire pit) and creek on property. An outdoor patio sits right outside your door, with a fire pit, gas grill and seating area. We are proudly pet friendly and have a private fenced in dog park. Ask us about our free dog-walking services. Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use the barn and pastures (All pets, including horses stay free). There is plenty of parking available outside your private entrance. Other things to note Nicura Ranch Inn & Stables is a privately owned 15-acre farm located in Berea, Kentucky. The Inn includes five unique suites for guests to get “up close and personal” with the animals, and experience the serenity and beauty of farm life. If this suite is booked on your desired dates, please ask about our other suites on the property. This is our Rose suite, and it is our largest guest suite. If you are looking for more space, our Sunflower Suite can be booked in addition to the Rose Suite (they are located directly next to each other). Our Lavender Suite sleeps 2, full kitchen with dining area, and has a window looking directly into our goat stall and barn. The Thoroughbred and Palomino suites are located in the stable area of the barn (upstairs) above the stalls. These suites offer the best views of the horses and goats in the barn, as well as the picturesque back pasture and tree lined hills. Please message us for links and information.
We are happy to welcome and host our 4-legged guests. Dogs will enjoy the private, fenced in dog park on the farm. Dogs are permitted to bark (we promise we don't mind), and they may be left in your suite while you are out. We ask that guests limit this to 4 hours. If longer, please arrange for us to let them out (free of charge) for a bathroom break and fresh air.
We do not offer horseback/trail riding at our ranch (our horses are sport horses). However, there is a nearby stable that welcomes riders of all levels. We highly recommend this experience to our guests. Guests are welcome to participate with grooming, and interact with our horses in all other ways.
For safety reasons we require all guests to be over the age of 12.
