Lake Jericho, a hidden gem in Henry County, Kentucky, spans 137 acres and is managed by The Little Kentucky River Watershed Conservancy District. Since its opening on July 25, 1969, this picturesque lake has become a beloved destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike. Visitors are required to pay a daily admission fee, which helps fund the maintenance and operation of the park, ensuring a clean and enjoyable experience for all. The park is open during daylight hours and features ample bank fishing areas, picnic tables, and grills for a perfect day out. Two shelters equipped with restrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and can also be reserved for special occasions such as family reunions, company picnics, and church outings. For reservations, please call ahead. Camping at Lake Jericho is available on a first-come basis from April through October. Guests can choose from nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals at one of the 62 RV sites, which come with electric and water hookups.
