Located on private property, with a graveled, leveled and flat parking pad. Full hook-up with water, sewer, electric, trash, wifi and a firepit. Options for wood bundles, hydration/snack basket and smore kits are available. Just let us know what you need and we will do our best to make it happen! Grassy yard off the gravel pad, basketball hoop out back. This is a great location 2 miles from the airport, 1 mile from the Expo Center and 4 miles from Churchill Downs. Grocery, restaurants, liquor stores and coffee shop near by.Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the Expo Center and Fair Grounds. 10/10! I really recommend this place! I lived here for 1 month and I loved it. Trisha is very nice and the location is perfect. You got 10 minutes drive to all the stores you might need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is nothing to complain about!

The perfect spot

I stayed here a whole month and it was great! 10/10 would recommend! I hope it's available in the spring when I'm back in this town. The place is easy to park in I got a 33 long travel trailer. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to all the stores. They are really nice people to deal with. I have nothing bad to say about this place! I love it.

Great location with full RV hookup

I had a great time staying here! The site was easy to access, and Trisha was very responsive during our stay. This is a quiet neighborhood that is easy to walk around in. We were able to get to the Highland Festival Grounds every day with no problems, and there is a grocery store within walking distance as well. Overall this was a great location for our stay!
