Great for events, concerts, Derby season, and exploring Louisville. We have a full hook for water, sewer and eclectic. Fire pit, with wood and chairs provided. Out back we have a basketball hoop and horse shoe game.
The pad is a 12 foot clearance MAX, Parking pad is 12' wide and 75 feet long from the street. One additional parking spot next to the pad for a car. NO 5th WHEELS. Full hookup - 30 AMP service. This spot would be great for a class C, class B, camper van and ravel trailers.
