Raw virgin, native grasslands, Rolling Hills, limestone Bluffs, lots of trees, so much wildlife on this native soil. There are turkeys, deer, fox, raccoon, quail, pheasants, and so much more. part of the property is 50 yards from the Smoky Hill river, no facilities on site, but we do have water to provide you with. There is a heritage wheat mill within 1 mile that hosts a scenic steam train that runs on schedule several days per week. We even have a "Clay water pit" with very healing Clay in it, and you can rinse off with our high mineral content well water in a cold plunge (Stock tank with water in it, fresh filled ha ha) Fun place not set up for "glamping" yet; you definitely need to be a little bit rugged.

Site 1 is in beautiful native grass with a good view of the sunset and the sunrise, plenty of trees for shade and a fire pit will be provided and short distance to drinking water. You can park your vehicle within 50 feet of the spot. The bathroom is primitive, again to reiterate, this is not glamping.

This site is a beautiful solitary retreat, 25 acres limited to five tent sites. You must walk in from a parking area and set up your camp. Beautiful woods surround the area with a pond that you may fish in if you have a Kansas fishing license. Catch and release only.. Lots of trees and gigantic oaks. Plenty of wood for a responsible campfire. There are no facilities so you must carry waste out and leave. No trace. Potable water is available within a quarter mile at the communal area. This area is pretty much raw and virgin, although there is a little bit of trash that people have thrown dispersed in different places. If you carry out two bags of trash That you pick up off the property, I will give you a 50% discount on one night!

Dwight is awesome and so is the treehouse he's being. Very beautiful sunset and quiet pasture even with the animals. If you are going thru this area definitely pick this place as a must stop
