Located only 1/4 mile off of K18 pavement on the outskirts of the small town of Natoma, our ranch is made up of the rare and beautiful hills of the Paradise Creek valley with magnificent Sunrise/Sunset! Secluded parking alongside fields of alfalfa with a wonderful view of our hills to the west and south. Easy and private walking or bike riding along the dirt road. There are horse corrals at our homestead if needed.Pasture to ride horses in...nice walking/biking dirt road. Town is 2 miles away...in town there is grocery, pizza, cafe, gas, diesel, propane, hardware, bank, post office and mechanic. You will see wildlife, and hear coyotes at night. Very secluded with low travel roads. Awesome sunrise/sunset and stars!
