Lake Georgia-Sue is an 85 acre oasis of relaxation and fun. We are located in East Central Kansas, not far from Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, and Wichita. The lake itself is 8 acres, with a lot of fish, swimming, small craft boating, kayaking, and wind surfing. The property has numerous sites where you can private pasture your horses, work them in our private round pens, and trail ride them in the hundreds of miles of trails that intersect the property. These are VERY large and private campsites with no nosey or loud neighbors. Sites are for primitive tenting or full RV 30 amp and water hookups. Lakefront sites or forest sites are available. Showers, toilets, AC Clubhouse, playground, ponies, pet pigs, goats, and chickens. Pet friendly. Group camping for up to 25 people. Great for weddings, birthdays, etc We are just a short drive from four larger state lakes. An abundance of good restaurants are just ten minutes away, and sometimes we take a trail ride to eat Mexican or BBQ in the village close by.

Fisherman's Cove

I love this place.

Fisherman’s Grove was awesome. Good amenities, beautifully maintained land and animals, gorgeous scenery, private & respectful. The train didn’t really bother me.

I would camp here again. The view is amazing and Fred is very accommodating. I enjoyed visiting all the animals. They are so sweet. It was just what we needed.

Everything was perfect about our stay! Patches the dog greeted us as we walked into a beautiful scene of trees and flowers and goats! Fred, the host even changed our spot because the original one was muddy. What a wondering time we had! We caught a huge catfish too!

Camp McStinky Pants 2

Perfect young family vacation.

Exactly what we were looking for. Away from the hustle and bussel and perfect for the young kids. Each site was spaced appropriately so you feel like you are at your own private oasis. Pond was so peaceful and fishing was fun all night. The animals on the property made it eventful for small children who were always intrigued and wanting to feed. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Fun Family Experience!

The lake and it's views we're peaceful, perfect spot for sipping coffee watching the fish jump! Our kiddo loved all the animals, trampoline, and being right on the water for throwing rocks and fishing. The flowers growing everywhere made for some really cute photo-ops, as did the horses in almost every view! The hosts couldn't have been nicer people, and having their club house with a bathroom/shower available was so handy! They also had firewood available and brought it right to the campsite. We would recommend Lake Georgia-Sue for all kinds of campers, and especially if you have kids!
