Located just minutes from interstate 70, our home is easily accessible for the travelers both near and far. Our property can accommodate trailers with water and electric, tents, or even stay in one of our Glamping Bell tents or Rent a Tents.

Our ranch sits about 4 miles south of interstate 70 and 5 miles from Junction City, KS in the central flint hills region with beautiful tress, hills, a wet/dry pond, and plenty of horse, hiking, biking, ATV trails in and around the property. ★We provide all the glamping amenities for the perfect rustic night get away for a couple or family. Stay in our (275 SF) Yurt-Style Glamping Tents. Our glamping experience offers cozy and rustic accommodations. Each tent is thoughtfully furnished with a queen blow up bed w- linens, electricity, coffee pot w coffee, shower point, outdoor composting toilet w basic toiletries, and a few other nice to have amenities. Tent has and additional queen-size fold out couch and allows for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. With additional sleeping bags on padded floor providing a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep for up to 8. Enjoy the simplicity of outdoor living while still indulging in the comforts of home. Relax and unwind around the fire pit, bask in the ambient solar lighting, and embrace the serenity of the natural surroundings. ★ Explore Nature ★ EE is a haven for nature enthusiasts. With vast prairie land to explore, you'll have ample opportunities for hiking, wildlife spotting, and immersing yourself in the tranquil beauty of the Flint Hills. ★Site allows the Hip Camper to drive to the location and have their vehicle right outside their tent, or hike to site. ★We have an active horse boarding and training ranch and acres adjacent land and roads to be used for hiking, biking, ATV, horse riding, and other Mother Nature outdoor activities. ★ Unplug and Reconnect. Glamping The Flint Hills
We stayed one night at Steve and Sharon’s land during our road trip from Nebraska to Kansas, and it was such a lovely experience! My children absolutely loved it — especially the Yut, fireplace and adorable, friendly horses that my younger son couldn’t get enough of. The Yut was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. It was so beautiful in the night under the moon and stars. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely ranch! We only got to stay 1 night but we would have loved to stay and explore more! The host was very responsive and made us feel at home. Loved hanging out by the chickens and horses!

Wonderful place to stop for a night. Steve was very welcoming and the property was clean, relaxing and beautiful. Drinking coffee and watching the horses grazing was a great way to start the day.

We stayed in the yurt and it was awesome! We enjoyed not having to set up a tent and it was already set up and the inside was very nice! We were on the way to Colorado so glad we found this place! They were very responsive and very helpful. We chatted with Steve for a little while when we got there after he showed us back to the campsite. He is very friendly and would highly recommend!

I loved our glamping experience! As a family of 4 with 2 people having high medical needs this was perfect. Having literally everything we needed already at the site was so thoughtful and made our trip stress free. With access to electricity and running water we had everything we needed and even with pouring rain we had an incredible time.

Easy to get to off the highway for a one night stay and then back on the road. The host greeted us kindly when we arrived and we parked in the tent area. We car camped in the back of our SUV. The toilet was a little far to walk, especially in the middle of the night for me and my child. maybe they can add one closer? It was a peaceful and idyllic and we saw fireflies.

Traveling home from vaca we were looking for a spot off the beaten path, quiet and somewhat secluded. This spot was definitely off the beaten path, quiet for the most part but the trailer spot is right off their main road. Secluded, is debatable. The trailer spot is approximately 300 ft from the host’s house. It is shaded with their farm animals within view. Horses and chickens. I’m not sure this would be suitable for us for a long stay but for a quick overnight it served its purpose. Host - Steve was helpful and very informative and helped with making sure we knew where to hook up. They did inform us of their land and where we could walk around but unfortunately due to the amount of traveling we took the opportunity to just rest.

Steve was great. He showed me around the site and gave me info in his hiking trails, restaurants and more. The site is beautiful and is located right by a field where he keeps his horses. The bed was super comfy. If you go in summer be ready for lots of mosquitoes and bring tick repellent if you plan to hike on his property. I’d definitely go back.

This was our second stay in as many months and have enjoyed both stays. We stayed in the rental tent in March, then the Yurt in April. Hostess are great and we enjoy walking the property. If you forget something town is close enough to get what you need. The Yurt would be great for a scout group as there is ample room in the Yurt.

Sheri and I had a great stay and enjoyed the property. We went for a walk to the hill top and enjoyed the beautiful view. Cooking over an open fire was nice. It's was a windy weekend but hardly noticeable at the camp site. None of the comforts of home and that is what we were needing. Just me ,my wife and my dog. Steve is a wonderful host occasionally riding by to check in, Steve would give us a thumbs up and keep on going unless we needed something. We have already booked another weekend

Very peaceful and a stress reliever. For sure gives you the opportunity to connect with nature. I could probably use all 1500 words explaining, I’ll just say check it out for yourselves. Great people, they will make sure you have what you need before they walk way. Don’t buy the text just call the and rent it.

We enjoyed camping here! We tent camped over the weekend. It’s very quiet and peaceful and we saw a lot of wildlife and hiked around the local park and grasslands. A good spot to check out!

Steve was very responsive with communications and met me as I arrived. I had time for a hike around their property and a sunset view. The spot was perfect for me! I built a fire with purchased firewood and had a very pleasant quiet evening. Their property was close to the interstate and a great overnight!

To say Steve and Sharon’s land is perfect would be an understatement. And as hosts, I would have to say the same, perfect is definitely an understatement. They were very accommodating and very hospitable. I originally planned to stay only one night, but I didn’t wanna leave so I had to stay another night

Had a lovely night at the glamping site. Very thoughtful space with fire pit, privy, bug zapper, solar lights, picnic table. Inside is a bed (queen I believe) night stand w/light, chair, rug, coffee and keurig, and a fan. Had a great nights sleep
