We had a great time at Drew's land. It was big with lots of room to set up camp and some space to explore, which was cool. The off-road park being so close was a huge plus for us. The only downside was that it was a little noisy during the day, but it quieted down and was peaceful at night, which was fine with us. The bathroom was very clean and close, another huge plus for us. The only bad thing was that there was a lot of broken glass all over the place. We cleaned up a ton of it, but it was everywhere, and for every piece we picked up, there were four more. Overall, I'd recommend this spot to others.

First, the tent camping site is awesome. Tall pines that provide quite a canopy. Second, the bathroom access is great with comfy showers that are a welcome break after the heat. Third, there is a fantastic gas station that is nearby with incredibly low prices and just about everything that you need from tackle, tools, to grocery. Finally, Drew is saint, brought us a battery powered generator that ran our fan through the night. We actually got chilly around 3:00 in the morning. Chilly in a tent in June in Kansas, who would have thought. Thanks Drew!

The tent site was beautiful! Great fire ring and picnic table, wildflowers everywhere and great views of the lake on the way in! The bathrooms were amazing and spacious and clean! Drew was also super helpful and understanding when I arrived later than planned.

Had a great time camping on Drew's property, I honestly had no idea Kansas could be so beautiful. Thanks for proving us wrong! There was a lot of areas to explore and hike around, and we were in a nice secluded spot.

Unfortunately we arrived well after dark. I am well versed in navigation and map reading. Drew did forward a basic map of the grounds, however it would have been vastly helpful to have had more specific details as to exactly where the individual campsites are. Better on site signage to the campsites and the individual sites being clearly marked would be very helpful. As stated it was dark on our arrival. It's possible the above was missed.
The bathrooms and shower facilities in the event hall were top notch.
The event hall was pretty darn cool and well suited for large events! The event hall is the primary focus for the property with the campsites being a side use.

We had a lot of fun in this spot, stars were lovely as promised. The showers and restrooms nearby were way nicer than we expected. There may be an ATV riding area nearby, we heard them during the day, but they weren’t super loud and didn't bother us. Our one bummer was not having a clear trail to the lake, but the views to the lake were awesome up on the hill nearby!

My partner and I loved camping under the trees at this site. It was private and quiet. The on-site bathroom was large and clean. The whole property was stunning - I could definitely tell why weddings are held here!

Such a pretty place to camp! Our site had plenty of shade and a lot of trees to hang a hammock, clothesline, etc. The bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, and the walk to and from them gave us beautiful views of the lake, orange sunsets and a big variety of wildflowers. The Tuttle ORV is very nearby, so it did get a bit noisy during the day. But, that all stops by dusk anyhow.

We had a girls weekend of camping under the stars. The location was perfect. The amenities were great - just a short walk to the awesome bathrooms, then back into the secluded woods. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

The property is great with good views. The campsite itself featured nice tree cover, a big fire pit and picnic table. Big disappointment was the fact that there was tons of broken glass all over the camp site. Not safe for pets or children. Saw this in previous reviews but also saw that is was “cleaned up”. Definitely needs some attention.

The campsite was very private which we really enjoyed. However, we thought we had booked a camping experience under the stars and we were in a campsite under trees. The listing states that Drew will meet you in the parking lot, but we never did see him. We had to reach out to him and find out where to go. I would have preferred better communication and a more detailed description of the campsite.

It's a nice, private place to relax and camp. The breeze off the water and trees kept temperatures down. The bathroom/showers are a great perk. It was quiet at night and mostly during the day except when atvs and bikes were at the offroad vehicle area nearby. It was just us during the week, for the most part. We explored the area and found all kinds of wildflowers and lizards and things and enjoyed the view of the water. Drawback was unusual number of broken/ melted glass bits on the ground at the campsite around firepit and trees, from previous irresponsible campers.

Overall our stay went well, the site was pretty and felt very secluded. However, as other reviewers have noted, there is a LOT of glass shards on the floor of the site - very hazardous for pets or children. For a crew of adults only it wouldn’t be a problem but I was worried for my pup. The amenities were great, the shower is probably nicer than the one at my house, and while it is a couple minute walk to the bathroom it’s not bad at all. The campsite is on the land of a wedding venue and there was a wedding on that we could hear all the noise of. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you’re looking for a quiet spot this might not be it.

Cute little camp! The property is a wedding/event site but they have the camping area tucked in the corner. The glamping site is really cool as well. Very private and shaded. 5 stars for the bathroom/shower, better than most hotels. Highly recommend for any going near Manhattan, KS!

Drew's site was gorgeous and quiet. There was a wedding on the property while we were there which didn't detract from our experience at all. The bathrooms are a great bonus for campers who want to cleanup before leaving. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great camp site! My third time here because this is one of the best in Kansas if you tent camp. Private spot with a secluded feel. But a short walk to a stocked shower/bathroom. Other people and activities on the grounds sometimes but never bothers you here.

2nd time staying at this site. Great site location with a secluded feel, while still having amenities like a shower/bathroom a short walk away. Site works great for roof top tents, hammocks or ground tents. Great communication with the host. I will stay here again. Nearby off-road park gets a little loud on the weekends sometimes but doesn't bother me (also a perfect location if you are planning on using the OHV park).

I would highly recommend this campsite. The views were beautiful and there’s a big grassy open spot to play frisbee or lawn games and it was peaceful and quiet. After reading the other reviews -we brought our own fire pit and a table. There are no picnic tables but there actually was a spot for a campfire. Thank you Drew! We plan to come back.

This was a great private camp site! We had shade trees, a fire pit with wood, and plenty of space for our tents and two vehicles.
We had access (up a trail with a great view) to clean and well stocked bathrooms and showers.
This site felt safe, was private but accessible, and had a neat area for the kids to explore and play. We did not have access to the lake, but we visited a swimming beach on our way out of town.
The host was always available with help and instructions. Both families had a great time camping under the trees. We hope to visit again!

This site was incredibly beautiful and secluded. There is a nice shower house and indoor bathrooms, a fire pit and water right on the site. You can drive right up to the edge of the camping field. The only downside is the amount of mosquitoes that show up at night, but that’s to be expected as it’s near the lake. Recommend this site if you have a dog!
