Camping with the kids
I had an excellent time with my two kids camping on Scott and Kimberly's property. The campsite is a fantastic primitive site with lots of trees, and three spots within a 100 ft of one another with some shared swings and seating, and a shared outhouse. They thoughtfully packed the outhouse with sunscreen, insect repellent and other amenities to help out Incase you left something at home. My kids favorite part was the trailer ride from the parking to the campsite, which let us do car camping logistics without camping by the car. We hope to come back again.

10/10 camping spot!
We loved camping here! The land is beautiful, this spot specifically has a beautiful view of the river and some peaceful woods to walk through to get to the campsite. The cow pasture next to the campsite is also very pretty, and the cows aren't too disruptive when they're out, so they are more of a bonus if you like cows. The hosts were very nice and helpful as well, and helped us take our things down to the site as well as back up to the car via four wheeler. The site was very neat as well and there were plenty of helpful accommodations such as extra bugspray and sunscreen, lots of firewood and kindling, bleach and towels to clean the tables, and an extra lighter.

Lovely land and hosts
Scott and Kimberly have a gorgeous spot and they've thought of everything! Scott met us and schlepped our gear down to the site on his 4x4 (otherwise it's a lovely walk, but very rocky, so I don't think our cart would have worked well). The bathroom lit up at night and was stocked with necessities like wipes. bug spray, and even a binder of nearby attractions put together by Kimberly. We were warned that there's poison ivy off trail, but Scott made sure the path down to the (lovely!) river was clear for us. The swings were a huge hit with the kids. We'll definitely be back!

What a gift
Wonderful space and INCREDIBLE hosts. Really this is the kind if place that makes me so grateful for this app. Scott has a generous sould and lovely piece of land to share, and now we all get to benefit. Scott transports you ny ATV to the camping spot, a lovely shaded grove by the river. If for some reason transport isn't available, be aware it's a healthy 5-10 min walk. Stretch of the Wapsi was swimmable to secluded. Swings were a huge hit with kids. Was a bit chilly so we were clothed but kind of cool to have the nude option, and Scott set a wonderfully open and respectful tone about that.

Incredible place, amazing hosts!
Sights & sounds are incredible, and Scott & Kimberly are amazing! Cows, owls, chipmunks, woodpeckers, hawks, deer, bluffs, rock, sand, river…and sunlight & fresh air! Scott had a fire going for us when we arrived…what more can you say!

Waterfront camping site 2
We loved camping at Scott and Kimberly’s campground. It was like a little paradise by the riverside. There were two other campsites and the campground so if you have a larger group and want a full price experience I hen it would be nice to book all three campsites by yourself. Scott was very nice to us and helped us set up out tents since we arrived late and it got dark. I highly recommend and would definitely visit here again. Note: This is a nude friendly property.
