Lake Lemon is 1.5 miles away boasting 1,650 acres with 24 miles of shoreline. We offer lodging deep in the woods in our renovated cabin complete with mini kitchen including amenities, shower, and composting toilet. Learn about symbiotic farming practices which include animals and terrain working together - nothing is wasted! Visit our composting worms, honey bees, chickens and rabbits, greenhouse and gardens. Learn about the mechanics of solar power. We have a small lake for kayaking and fishing. Above all, find rest and relaxation among the trees and wildlife here at the Geode Tree. Come visit! (Geode Tree is a non-smoking environment.)

    Best hosts, beautiful tiny cabin
    What an amazing little cabin! Very well designed and equipped. The hosts were so nice, considerate, and available for directions and recommendations. We kayaked on the little lake, and the whole property was gorgeous! Mark the Cat was my son's favorite part. This was my favorite vaycay-stay to date! The pictures do not do it justice;)

    Cabin, farm, and more!
    The Geode Cabin and farm were even better than expected! The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend getaway, and Linda and Steve were wonderful hosts. Also on the property, there was a fire pit and a garden, in addition to chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and the cutest cat named Mark. We definitely plan on coming back for another trip!

    Perfect Little Cabin
    Linda and Steve are blessed with a beautiful piece of property. It was awesome to get to share this spot with them for a few days. They showed us around and we’re always available for anything we needed. Excellent hosts! The Little Cabin was adorable and had everything we needed. Very peaceful, private and quiet like camping - but with a comfy bed, shower and kitchen!
