This peaceful country retreat is located just off a major road, next to the woods, with a pond and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Despite its tranquil setting, it's only about 5 minutes from town and just 3 minutes from Walmart and several fast-food restaurants. The site includes water, electricity, and sewer hookups.This is a site with some seclusion, a quiet area, pond frontage, out of town, a convenient location without gravel. This is 3 miles from Walmart and fast food. Dogs leashed and/or confined (GPS collar, inside dog, etc). Dogs may be kept after discussion and understandings. Included - Water, Sewer, Electric (50 amp or 30 amp)
