Little Turkey Woods
No regrets!
We took a chance on this place feeling like we needed a bit more information and the commitment to pay without being able to ask questions was a risk. But we are sooo glad we went for it. The host was seriously amazing and it was quiet and beautiful in the different sites on the property. We had 4 adults, 2 children and a pup and found a cozy spot among the trees that accommodated us perfectly. It’s a work in progress place but one of our favorites found on Hipcamp so far. We caught fish and went kayaking and enjoyed cooking over the fire. Aaron (the host) let us forage and we were able to make small pies out of the ripe elderberries around us. I would definitely go back and loved sitting in the different benches and swings to take in the beauty of nature and the lake, especially in the mornings. It was just what we needed.

Deep woods
Awesome!
Had a great trip to this site. Aaron was accommodating and introduced himself upon arrival. Was not too hard to find, and was very secluded. Camped next to a creek arm, off the lake, and caught a total of 9 large mouth bass, and all were 2 to 3 lbs. My 9 year old son, and nephew also enjoyed it! Will definitely return!

Little Turkey Woods
Little Turkey Woods is right on the water and a great spot to camp. Aaron was very helpful and a perfect host. I saw lots of wildlife and paddled in the lake everyday, I would definitely return to this spot. A lot of work is going into the property so it will just keep getting better.
