On this property sits the Old Cass Union Schoolhouse that the family is planning on renovating once getting the fund to do so. This is a way for the family to save money to renovate the property. Due to tripping hazards, the family isn't allowing any tours of the school but each stay gets the family closer and closer to their goals.
