We absolutely LOVED this place! The cabin was impeccably clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We came with our 2 year old and she had so much fun on the farm. It is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to and the animals were so sweet. Not to mention, best hosts ever. We will definitely be back!

Communication was very smooth and prompt. The owners were very patient and understanding when I canceled our trip due to potential tornado weather after I already had asked many questions about the stay.

Site 1 - Creekside Camping
The farm was both peaceful and exciting place to stay. This was my first time I took my husband and 3 kids on camping at the same time and I was not as prepared as I like to be. Jenifer and Forest were very generous and accommodating when we had needs. We loved their friendly animals and a little purring visitor at the camp site. Easter egg hunt was a great surprise!
Bonus - There is a petrol station within walking distance for last minute shopping. (It’s nowhere to be seen from the camp site)

Heavenly Acres Farm Stay
We stayed a couple days during school spring break. It was great accommodations. The hosts were welcoming and kind. We participated in chores multiple times and enjoyed the animals.

Jennifer and Forrest were great host, they were very kind and helpful. The farming experience was great as well! I would recommend coming here, it’s such a peaceful place to be at, and all their animals are so beautiful!

I wanted my husband and my 3 year old experience a part of my childhood (being on my aunts farm in Poland) of being on the farm with animals. Especially getting to meet all the animals. Jennifer’s and Forrest farm did just that to the T! We all had so much fun! Jennifer and Forrest were so patient with our very active boy. They did a great job explaining their routine, explaining about the animals and allowed us to help and get dirty! They love their animals very much and take great care of them! The chickens and ducks walking around brought the whole farm together and the cats were so friendly and playful! The cottage was clean, homey and just enough for us! The land is beautiful and we were able to take a walk through the fields and take some great pictures! This weekend was a great weekend away from the city life. I even sat outside once the sun went down and enjoyed the peace and quiet and the sky full of stars! We will def be back again!!

Forrest was very welcoming. He made sure our every need was met. He checked in and we saw each other throughout the weekend. I didn’t meet Jennifer as he said she was out of town. My family loved their farm and really enjoyed petting the cats and interacting with all the animals who came up to the fence. The addition to their home was cozy and just what we needed for the six of us. We were in town for the Indy 500 so were very busy, or would have explored the option to help with animals and do more on the farm. Kids and us agreed it would be first on the list for a future stay in Indianapolis.

We enjoyed our 3rd trip to their cottage! Lots of animals to see and feed. Beautiful pink blooming crabapple tree right at porch entrance. Parking spot to very close cottage. Lots property to walk and explore.

We really enjoyed our peaceful visit! We had a level, mowed tent site on the edge of a field - the view was lovely and we were a nice distance from other campers, even though it was the busy total eclipse weekend. Forrest and Jennifer were great - very warm and welcoming. We left with dryer balls and a pretty blue medley of chicken/duck/goose eggs. Would totally stay there again

We stopped at Heavenly Acres to view the eclipse. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The farm is peaceful with a variety of animals. The camp sites do not have water or electric hook-ups so bring plenty of drinking water. They had a hand washing station out during the event.

Highly recommend!
I booked the last site available with Heavenly Acres 1 week before the eclipse. Four days before our visit I contacted them to ask if it was possible to add a friend who was also looking for a place to view the eclipse. Without hesitation, they said yes. They added a site for our friend to be next to us.
Everything was very well planned out. Campsites were dispersed while keeping family/friend groups together. All had a feeling of some degree of privacy. Lots of porta potties were available so every campsite had one nearby. They were very clean and had no odor.
Many animals on the farm. Alpacas, goats, sheep, mini horses, donkeys and more. Fun to interact with.
If you are looking for a relaxing country, family friendly getaway, Heavenly Acres is the place to go. Forrest & Jennifer are friendly, down-to-earth people and quickly respond to any inquiries. They were incredibly accommodating in meeting our needs and requests. They go above and beyond to make sure all have a great experience!

Forrest and Jennifer were incredible hosts!! Even with a large event happening surrounding the eclipse, they were friendly, accommodating, response, and helpful!!
The tent sites were nicely spaced and Forrest took the time to show us to ours himself. He greeted us promptly at check-in (EVEN IN THE RAIN) and gave us ways to contact him with any needs.
Bathrooms were well stocked and clean upon arrival as well as being well spaced. I never had to wait on other campers as there were plenty of them available.
Jennifer gave us an incredible tour of the farm! We loved learning about their site and felt at home.
It was a popular site for the eclipse, but never felt too crowded.

Forrest and Jennifer were the perfect hosts! We enjoyed parking our camper in their beautiful pasture. Every part of our stay was perfect. Forrest and Jennifer told us all about their animals and answered all our questions about the farm. We would definitely return there again.

Forrest and Jennifer were the consummate hosts at their farm. I made a point of finding an experienced Hipcamp host for the solar eclipse, and I'm so glad I found their place. They thought of every detail. Campsites were clearly marked and not crowded together. Each had a firepit. The portable toilets were clean and there were enough that there was never a line. And for the eclipse in particular, Jennifer and Forrest made an effort to provide for all eventualities with a food truck, carnival games, and snacks. Should I be traveling through the area again, I would gladly stay at their farm once more.

My husband and I had a wonderful time camping at Heavnly Acres Farm, Forrest & Jennifer were great hosts. We when arrived the it was about to rain and they gave great recommendations on places to eat.
We were in town to watch the solar eclipse. We had a great spot to set up our tent. The camp site was very lively, we enjoyed the energy. We appreciated that they had portable bathrooms scattered around the site. They had lots of fire wood available for purchase and other things. I forgot to bring long socks and I was able to buy a pair from them! They had everything you needed. We loved walking around the camp site looking at the creek and the cute farm animals! The cats were our favorite or course, they were so friendly.
The day of the eclipse they had a food truck, which was wonderful as we needed to leave our camp site around noon but we were welcomed to park up front. So we didn't have to very far. We had a great spot for the solar eclipse. It was so cool to see the chickens run to their coop as it got dark. It truly was an amazing weekend and I'm so glad we picked Heavnly Acres Farm for our stay!

I tent camped for the eclipse and while the site itself was primitive, the hosts provided more than enough clean toilet facilities for all the campers. They didn’t raise their rates to gouge due to the eclipse and had entertainment for the kids and a food truck available on the day of the eclipse. I’d 100% recommend staying there even for non-eclipse stays!

I loved the place, absolute gem. I booked the place for experiencing solar eclipse 2024 and I was surprised how well prepared they were. I loved the food from their food truck. They offered us extra eclipse sunglasses. The hosts were so hospitable and tried helping us in every way possible.

We had so much fun staying at Forest and Jennifer‘s farm! The animals were cute, the campsites were clean and organized, and Forrest and Jennifer were great hosts. They had a great event to view the solar eclipse and I would definitely recommend this site for any time.

Forrest and Jennifer really know how to host! We were guests for the solar eclipse and they hosted an amazing time. Helped get us settled, prepared clean sites with fire pits and more then enough port-o-potties to accommodate everyone that was there. The farm was fun to visit and I would recommend a stay anytime you're in the area. We stayed in the temporary sites prepared for the eclipse but their permanent sites looked very private and in great locations.
